@@shprice88child support can’t garnish disability income. So as long as he’s on disability he doesn’t have to worry about child support. I’m not sure about the law in all states, but in majority states that’s the law. This dude won’t ever get a real job cause the state will come after him.

In Pennsylvania a person on Child Support can have it taken out of their disability check. They have a set amount and the check can’t be garnished.

I would like to know how. No US court is going to order that his child support be paid by his future wife. That is his responsibility.
