Separation is legal the wife probably said no and it sounded like the wife had her side piece 1st also as you saw because the separation was longer than the actual marriage the ex wife got not (well she could get anything for the rings since they got married anyways unless he took her ring).

In fact I'll give you a better example husband is seeking a DNA test after finding out his wife cheated on him while she was on vacation (she had a fling while drunk) originally she tried to hide the fact that there was a possibility that her husband wasn't the father but 1 day she got drunk (do a pattern) and admitted he has since separated from her and wants a divorce in fact their separation is longer than the marriage guess why because the wife doesn't want a divorce because she doesn't want to pay her half and in some sick reasoning it's wrong in the eyes of God keep in mind she broke her vows and her adult son have to hear why his father is no longer with his mother he was the father.

And his marriage was doomed from the beginning because she had so much emotional baggage probably from some pookie or Ray Ray that did her wrong and to have her mother all in their marriage and she was probably saying stuff to the mother because the mother wouldn't feel that comfortable saying that kind of stuff to that man if she didn't already know what was going on in the marriage I'm so glad that the judge really put this woman in check because she's all the way in the wrong and at the end you saw her with her all balled up face all mad because she didn't get her way well she did this to herself!!!
