Kicking off the festive season with the crowd favourite fusion recipe - the motichoor cheesecake tub. This is one recipe I’ve prepared countless times and can be a great addition to your menu. The set cheesecake has a delicious creamy flavour coupled with the goodness of sweet motichoor laddoos.
Recipe:
Crushed Digestive biscuits 100g
Butter 30g
Whipped cream 125g
Cream cheese 125g
Crushed motichoor laddoos 60g
Kesar
Rose petals
Dry fruits
Silver balls
For the next dessert in our hamper, I’ve chosen Elaichi Shankarpale Cookies
Shankarpale is something we all know and love as a Maharashtrian faral and the elaichi twist just makes it all the more better. All in all, the Shankarpale flavours mixed with elaichi tang in a cookie makes it delish!
It is a more laid back dessert which you can also enjoy as a snack, not just in Diwali, but any time! The best part about these cookies is their shelf life. These would last for good 2-3 weeks and also yield around 40-45 cookies in 1 batch, perfect for your bulk orders.

Sugar 60g
Maida 65g
Whole wheat flour 65g
1-2 tsp Elaichi powder
