Happy Diwali everyone! Get a unique twist on your cakes with the kesar pista loaf. It can be used as a tea time recipe, or a dessert recipe, or anything you want. It’s sumptuous flavours will make you bake this cake again and again! The kesar pista flavour makes it a perfect recipe for Indian holidays.
The 2nd recipe is gulkand truffles. I’ve experimented a lot with this recipe and in the end I’m satisfied about this one! With cake crumbs, gulkand flavouring, and chocolate, the gulkand truffle presents a heavenly combination of flavours :)
I’ve topped it off with rose petals to give it a more authentic look. This fusion recipe can be the star at your Diwali shenanigans!
Ingrediants:
Kesar Pista Loaf
Maida 105g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 pinch
Curd 120g
Butter 45g
Sugar 55g
Milk 50g
Kesar 1-2 pinch
Chopped pistachios
Gulkand truffles
Vanilla cake crumbs (recipe link in the description) 150g
Gulkand 3 tsp
Rose syrup 1 tbsp
Fresh cream 20g
Melted white compound 30g
Pink colour 1 drop
Chopped fresh rose petals
