I’m convinced that Ludwigia sp. Red is in fact an odd variant of Ludwigia Repens - and I am heading to the LAB to find out! Wanna join me?

Nice selection of plants, I'm looking for an aquarium plant that's small and stays small.

Thanks for watching and for the comment! Hmm... Maybe I can help with a selection? Do you want a Stem plant or a rosette type such as a crypt? Or a carpeter perhaps?

Really recommend Crypt Parva ‘Mini’ and there’s a brill new moss, Calicostella prabaktiana, which strangely always grows downward away from light. A small-ish and compact moss 👍

I have a question. What kind of light requirements do plant tissue culture need? I know it's not as important since they have a carbon source from the media, but is there a minimum? Thanks,

This is not so important, honestly. The primary reason for some low light, for instance a single strip of LEDs in a shop light across the top of a whole rack, this is to prevent the culture from becoming callus. A sure-fire way to make a meristem culture go to a callus culture is to keep it in the total darkness. Thanks!
