I really like the way you can easily pull the phone in or out-- making it faster to deal with the annoying, but necessary, anachronism! Managing a phone while in period kit always feels awkward, but if you have some thing that looks that good while doing it-- is just a big plus. Thanks for another cool vid, Tom!

Love it! I ll be making one of those. I also like your burning tool. Great for wood too. I ve been doing it by hand, but don t get such a good finish.

What brand is the mini laser you engrave with? I had no idea that such a small unit was available, but it sure has me interested! Amazon sells a “Laserpecker” brand that gets some pretty good reviews, but some make it sound like it’s a challenge as far as programming custom designs. That concerns me, being a retired 63 year old who is much more comfortable with using a welder or table saw than electronics! Your thoughts? The items I’ve seen you engrave are outstanding! Kind of ironic using laser technology to make bushcraft items! Lol
