Hello my beautiful and amazing friends!! :) Thanks for stopping by to watch this video! This is a recreation of a comfort box video I did over a year ago that I had to take off KZfaq, because it was acting up. Because so many of you enjoyed it I thought I would re-film it and also give those who never saw it a chance to be involved in this fun and easy project to do! :)
Being someone with chronic illnesses I know it's so hard to do certain things but this is an easy thing to work on that doesn't take much strength, time or effort to do, but still gives you that satisfying feeling of accomplishment that we all love! :)
Put all of your "happy" things in a box that you decorated yourself and when you are feeling low or upset just reach for your box and pick out a few things! Watch as your mood is uplifted in minutes! :) Love you all so much.
