Manitowoc Minute host, Charlie Berens is back with another episode of Scrap wood masterpieces, building a DIY Cribbage board for his Dad as a last minute gift. Eventually Charlie's Dad checks in to see how it's coming along when he points out the drill press was never even plugged in. Charlie gets sent to his bucket and thinks about whether or not he should have just bought him a PS5 for Christmas.

When I was a kid, I'd watch my dad and grandpa play these epic cribbage games. For the uninitiated, cribbage makes NO effing sense whatsoever. But it was fun watching them play.

Lil late to the party, but your dad is like a replica of mine...it's scary. My favorite part beyond my favorite quote (see below) is that he took over what you were doing perfectly fine to do it better. First just to show you and then he takes over....priceless. :D

This video is a joke in a way, but I literally bought my dad a $200 cribbage board. I now wish I would have just made one. Cribbage is probably the best all around game to play. I tried to teach my wife and daughter but they dont like it. I wish I had someone to play cribbage with.

Hey Charlie. A retired police chief from Peshtigo WI used to make them out of thick plexiglass. You could put pictures underneath and a felt bottom to make them your own. He also used a lathe to make metal pegs and they were easier to handle. 💪 Give me a shout out if you read this!
