Well it's time to build myself a custom spoiler. I really love the look of these rear spoiler extensions so I thought I might as well make 1. It definitely increases the style of this old girl and hopefully helps a little bit on the performance side.
I will have an upcoming video with some carbonfiber upgrades - time to spice up the ole 3rd Gen! Coming very soon.

Looks good, I’m planning on building something similar. However, I didn’t think of visibility while using the rear view mirror. I’ll need to replace my windshield during the build and wonder if I mount the mirror a little higher on the windshield if that would allow a taller spoiler. Nice work!

That's a hard question. I like them both, but I think if the 2nd handling was as good as the 3rd Gen. I wouldn't need a 3rd gen.

Google someone in your local area that sells 4x8 sheet. Its a fun project thats affordable.

@@built2beat38 that way you can open the liftgate and the outer pieces stay on the car. And you won’t have to worry about it hitting. So a 3 piece just like what’s on the car from original

Yes we can definitely make something work I could transfer it on to paper and then you could transfer it to whatever you wanted to use as a template as well.

@@built2beat38 yea that’s sound great I wanted to do 4 inch one but I wanted to make it out of aluminum
