This has been a great and highly used magnifying shop light. Years ago, I ripped out the balast for the florescent bulb and wired in a 120v AC LED bulb. Awesome light! However, the top mechanism (plastic knob) wore out and stripped. I could not tighten it anymore. So, I came up with this fix action!
