The real deal, made by GUCCI, costs thousands of the dollars but I'm stoked to show you how to make your's for under $20!

This was a project I made a long time ago and I'm still in shock at how often I wear them! They are a constant staple in my wardrobe and I get compliments every time.

Add them to heels, boots, sneakers... put them on the toe, top of the foot or ankle!!

MATERIALS
Hot Glue
1/2" Elastic

I wish I could show you all the shoes and boots I made DYI from years ago. This abusive man I was with always told me nobody is wearing or wants that ISH! I kept going and now I’m looking to market in big stores. And I dumped him. Met a nice man in 2018 and were getting married in 2020! Keep going regardless of nay sayers. ❤️

Years ago, I bought decorative shoe clips that clipped onto the top of a dress shoe...similar to clip on ear rings. I still have them somewhere. They were inexpensive, comfortable and looked fantastic. I see this as the same type of idea. So fun.

What if you put it on your foot and then put on the shoe to hide the elastic? Would that work?

lukalupita That might fit the shoe a little bit weird, but if you like to wear your shoes a size up, it might work :)

Oh I'm so glad! If you make them kind of loose, I recommend double stick tape to make sure they stay put on your foot in the right spot

Can I just say that I LOVE this video? I have thought about doing this for a long time, also because I am in between half sizes, so for me this will actually help my (slightly) too big heels to also stay on my foot! Thank you for showing just how easy it is. Now I just need to find a place that sells pretty bows in Australia! hah :) (Please let me know if you know of anywhere!)

I bought a cheap pair of shoes with a stunning bow a while ago and had no idea they were a Gucci inspired thing. Barely cut the bows off (cos dang those shoes are small) and really need to see what to do with the elastic lol

or you could just slip them over your foot instead of around the shoe and foot, not sure if this option would be uncomfortable but its an option. and you should see my nails at the moment! going through a nail breaking time grrr yours are fine hun
