Is your transmisson not shift smoothly or a bit jerky? You could change the transmission oil to help with this. I noticed the shifting on my car was starting to hang up a bit and was jerky when it shifted, so I looked up and found a 3x3 oil change was suggested.
In this video, I show how to do this on a 2005 Honda Accord. It can be done to any car...just need to research where the drain plug and where you would refill the oil from.
What you want to do is a 3 x 3 oil change
meaning:
-do a drain & refill with 4 quarts
-with every engine oil change
-for a total of 3 times
this changes the oil over time, and thus the transmission does not get a new fluid all at once which causes it to start slipping...
This is a good time to change out the transmission oil filter as well with a new OEM filter...see video link below:

this is being done at your own risk...many have done it and are fine.
I've done this with 180k miles on it and am at 220k miles, and the car is running fine.
As Always, SAFETY is first. Use all the precautions and safety equipment and gear at all time…depending on what is being done that includes, gloves, glasses, mask, etc.
