Thanks for this video! 🙌🙌 I managed to change the leg by myself. Also had to change the axis part from inside the drone, but that came out pretty easily by using a little bit of force on the frame to bend it enough. Hardest part was soldering back the wires, last time I soldered was over 20 years ago, so maybe that's why too :D

This is very helpful. I crashed my Mavic 2 from 3ft off the ground, and the rear leg over extended. It still flies, but I'll replace the leg just for my own piece of mind. I don't want to get into trouble on a windy day, or at 400ft above ground level.

thanks for this nice video. after watching this a couple times i replaced both back legs on a M2P. I had not soldered electronics before so there was a little bit of a learning curve beginning, although not really that bad. i did buy a high-watt soldering iron with a fine tip to deal with the little led joints. Unfortunately the two legs weren't the only problem and the ESC board (that has all the solder joints for front and back) needed replaced. The ESC board was actually pretty simple to swap. The wires can be held in place with the little black clips then just use the solder that already comes on the board.

Wow finally the identical frame and arm... although I now 2 wrong replacement arms for 2 different drones.... my arm.. has a grey back cover on the motor and the arm itself seems how be longer than these replacements they keep sending us! It is not only difficult to find the perfect repair video but it is difficult to find the right components! Thank you

1:06 - Front sensor cover plate vanishes. How did that come off??

Theres a whole bit missing at the beginning! You tell us about the hex screws at the front of the drone then at 1:06 the video skips to a point where the front cover is removed but it doesn't come off. Whats missing please?

Great video and almost perfect, but you skipped out on an important part. You never explained how to remove the front cover where the 2 sensors are. At 1:05 your video skips it and goes on to the next part. Ohh well. I guess many of us will have to figure it out or watch another video. Thanks anyways.

What about front arm ripped from body and metal pins bent and body broken on bottom don’t think just arm will fix it?

Lots videos about replace easier part which is rear arm😅😅 Rear arm is situated at easy place and have only 3 cables for soldering. But front arm is not easy, lots more cables for soldering plus aerial connector.

Hi guys, I have just watched this video while trying to repair my M2P rear arm. I have had some great success removing the arm and wires but have also found that the arm axis motor/joint is missing the right angled price of metal where you put the screw back in the new arm. I have removed as many screws as I can get too but the rear sensor assembly is in the way. Do you have a video showing how to remove and replace this item. Thanks in advance

Does this company actually sell any parts or just repair? I somehow cracked the left front landing foot on my mavic 2, and hate to have to replace the whole arm for it. I'd love to just buy the foot.

You assume we know how that arm was connected to the drone. In my case, the motor snapped off, and the arm was not dangling like your example. It took a while to figure out how to safely remove that pivot point from the socket. It doesn't just fall out. there's also a plastic sleeve that acts as a bearing - covered with some kind of silicon lubricant. And you skipped how the nose piece is safely removed. One second it's there - then it's not. And your co-workers don't seem to care that you're trying do a freakin' video - I give this a C-
