You can make a paste from baking soda and water. Treat the stained area with that paste, pour vinegar, let it do its job for a few seconds (it will bubble), then wash the shirt. The stain will definitely come out 😚✌️👍 I treat all my stains like this.

My husband does the same thing for all stains but ring around the collar, he is unable to get it to work. Any other suggestions?

@@philswifeforever1156 Ammonia. Pour out over affected area. Let sit and watch the stain disappear. Wash as normal.

Just a quick tip if you are having trouble sewing over the thicker seems place a board, wood or cloth get a hammer and smack down a few times it will help. Great video.

Here's how we did the hidden zipper in school. Assuming a back zipper. Machine baste(long stitch length) the center back of garment using a 5/8" seam allowance. Press seam open. With zipper closed, pin or hand baste zipper, faced down, to the underside. Make sure to line up zipper center with center seam. Flip to right side and sew the zipper to garment(using desired stitch length not the basting stitch). Use seam ripper to gently open center seam. Voila, hidden zipper. Tip: Best done with zipper foot. I know hand basting gets a bad rap but by the time I reach for a pin, grab my project, put in the pin I could have done 3 to 4 long basting stitches. 😊 Also, don't have to remove the stitch until the end. 😉 Hope this helps. 💙🙏🏾💜

I think you should have used a separating zipper and sew it on top of the denim. You could take strips of denim and sew the zipper like inside with the teeth sticking out so you have denim zipper tape then sew it on the garment lol. And I would use either a hook and eye or a button at the back of the neckline (maybe at a little keyhole on the back). This was really cute and I can see myself making a lot of these and adding them to my shop lol (have a lot of unsold pants that I’m ready to repurpose). Do you think it would be better to use a tshirt that was maybe one size too small for an even tighter/fitted look or would the denim cause too much strain and pulling?

Yes, you can cut it straight across under the bust. I've never seen it on a plus size model, but they weren't super busty.

With a good bra on, I think it would look fine. You may have to do the gathering method that I mentioned though. I want to try to make one for my sister. She's well beyond size G. If I do, I'll update everyone.
