Hey, just watching the video back through!! What I was trying to achieve was a seamless finish on the outside of the dress with no top stitching. I’ve just had a little search and the technique is called understitching, and there are some good videos explaining it a little better than I did!! Hope this helps 😊

Thank you! I can’t remember what length I my straps were. But because they tie at the shoulder, it’s best to make them longer and then you can always cut some back. Measure over your shoulder from where the dress will sit at the front to where it will sit at the back. Then cut four of straps at that length! That will give you enough to make nice bows on the shoulders. I hope that helps 😊

I can’t remember exactly! If you loosely measure around your hips, that will give you a rough measurement, for how wide your fabric needs to be!! Hope that helps xx
