amazing modifications his the best i have seen so far without damaging the RC in any manner. I still would live to know how you fixed the antennas to the RC

So this guy needs to tell the truth, before other people mangle their controllers. I tested these external antennas. The range DECREASED by at least 50%. The controller is not calibrated for these antennas. Don't do it. You will waste a lot of time and be very disappointed.

Can you post link to the antenna and clip holder in the video? The link you posted are for different and bigger antenna. Im interested in the one show in the video. Also whats the range you getting with the new antenna vs stock?

Amazing...I did almost the exact same thing, even to covering the antenna box with vinyl carbon fibre look-alike ! I made a wider box that sits on top of the controller above the wheels and buttons. A wider box allows for fitting the Alfa antennas which I also have. How did you secure your antenna box to the controller BTW ?

@@surytravel I'm wondering how you got to the screws through ? I'm guessing there's two holes in the little box to put a screwdriver in which are then covered up with what looks like rubber caps when it's fitted. The modification I did went on top of the controller so the back was clear to screw into. Also it's as wide as the controller itself allowing me to fit any antennas. When building your next antenna holder remember to allow for the width of the Alfa's when fitting the two connectors.

The DJI Mini 3 Pro communicates via Radio Frequency (RF) not Wi-Fi. The only thing Wi-Fi is used for is updating and downloading maps and transferring video.

But isn't that exactly what most people want out of their drones when it comes to range? You generally lose your video feed way before dropping your connection with the remote, I've flown missions many times using telemetry with Google maps after I've lost my video feed. Usually once a pilot has lost video they stop what they're doing and turn around out of fear of crashing .. so in theory, I'd like to think this might actually be a good mod

Fixing what's not broke,,had no range problems with mine,flies far beyond vlos,don't see the problem to be honest 👌

Flying in vlos? Lmao. No one does that. I paid $2100 for my mavic 3. I ain't gonna fly 100 ft. Fawk that shtz. I'm taking it 6-10 miles. As far as it will go. Fawk vlos. Stop being a baby and fly your drone to its full potential. Why limit to 100 ft cause the big bad wolf say so. Smh

followed the tutorial, but after the ground drone got up I couldn't control it and it started going by itself. what is the problem?

This problem ,, they also do with original antenna... Dji mini 3 pro first flight with everything original ,, the drone will go away by itself ,, it happens too ,, For me it has of internal soft defect of Dji,,, I with Dji mini 2 Never had of problem ,,, Search on other channel ,, see it happens with other people too ,,, Thank you very much

This will never work. The impedance of the antennas must match the signal strength.
