Really good point you made ref having to take your phone case off to connect to the device. I have seen multiple Pocket 2 videos and not one of them mentioned this key piece of information. Thanks for sharing.

I have not looked at hyperlapse. However motionlapse is a time-lapse which allows you to have a motion and time-lapse is just stationary without any motion in your footage. Daniel

@@the_daniel_life I ended up getting one from the Apple Store and it works great. All of the ones on Amazon had people saying they were rip offs and although they worked to charge, they did not work well when trying to use them for data.

How do you unlock the gimbal? How do you keep the SD card to stay I?

Push the SD card into the slot. Use the power button to turn on the gimbal, which will unlock it. Daniel

i've just recently bought it and i do walking videos but am guessing this is because it's not correctly set up but when i record the camera goes slightly from left to right even if am walking straight also at the top left hand corner just below where it says 4k/60 it says -0.3 and i dont know what that means and how to remove it but am guessing it going slightly from left to right is something to do with that?

HELP HELP HELP. My OSMO Pocket won't stay connected to my phone. I have the Samsung G7 android. It connects then disconnects, then connects. Try to download a video to the phone it starts then shows disconected. I do not have the phone case on it so its not that. Seems to be somethng with the phone keeps assking to I want to allow. Not sure how to resolve this. Any help greatly appriciated.

Did you update the firmware? Are you using it with the microphone-adapter? Was the video recorded using the slow motion feature?

Yes I updated it. No I don't use the microphone adapter. No slow motion. I could hear the sound when I transferred the video file to computer then played it. Sorry, I was talking about the little screen on the osmo pocket. When I played itself, I couldn't hear the sound. Is it normal? or defect?

I shot a 1 min 1080p 60fps video. It weighed more than 700mbs. The amount of space the videos made by it take is a little too much. Is it just me or is everybody facing the same?

None of these things work on my osmo. The screen doesn't come on at all and none of the commands you did work. I would try it on the phone, but I have zero usb-c devices.

@@the_daniel_life With no screen, I can't do anything. I have no idea about firmwares yet. I checked the website to see if I can download it to the sd card, but couldn't find anything. It really shouldn't be this difficult, it just reeks of poor design at this point. I think I'll have to return it as defective.

@@dpc4548 I believe you have to connect the Osmo to a phone the first time you are using it. Buy a USB C to Micro-USB adapter (or what kind of port your phone is using) to try it out, you will need one eventually.

@@ChrisFalk2 Nothing worked and it was returned. The shop said they've had more returns than sales because of it. We discovered that you need a very specific phone that DJI deems worthy, not every device works. Even the ones they say don't always work.

I just bought the Osmo Pocket. Please inform your subscribers that it won't work right out of the box. You have to have a cell phone to activate it. It will not work on an iPad. It will only work on certain phones. Very deceiving because it says it will work on IOS and Android phones. So, I talked too DJI support, and I ended up buying another iPhone that is compatible with Osmo. Very frustrating and costly.

@@josephseason You have to go to DJI website to see which phones work. They have a listing of phones you can use. Also, you can't activate it with a computer.
