This is a complete features and settings guide for the DJI Pocket 2 - In this video we cover the location of every feature and setting within the inbuilt display menu on the Pocket 2 as well as the DJI Mimo App.

@@teatromarinostravelnation654 Use the DJI app to connect to the Pocket 2 and download the footage to your phone. Then you can edit it.

Excellent canter through the settings. A couple of additions - The button to the right of the joystick, if held down for a moment, locks the gimbal continuously. To release the lock, press that button, or the function button momentarily. The function button, if held down, locks the gimbal just while it is held down, and unlocks when you release it. So you've got two options there depending on which button you use, continuous or temporary full lock. There's a sliding control on the right side of the screen. This enables tilt adjustment while the joystick is set to zoom, or zoom adjustment when the joystick is set to tilt. Press and hold the record button during a take to pause - when you recommence recording, you continue with the same file instead of creating a new one.

Needle in the haystack - Chris, I'm an old crusty that decided to go for videography in lockdown from a neophyte perspective. It's been fun, and has woken up parts of my brain I didn't know existed! The big challenge is finding a "communicator" with the "knowledge" that's focuses on the novice. I had to kiss lots of frogs - you're a Prince. 👍👌

Chris, that was such a perfect settings guide. Thank you for making this video. You just helped me allot. I learned the "Function button for startup" which is going to be HUGE for me, plus many other basic operations that will help me make better video's. ( No more triple tap to get the gimbal face "away from me" on startup)

Chris, you do excellent work in your presentations! Not I only are they helpful and informative but also succinct and clear. So many that inject their superficial personality traits (trying to be comical) that ultimately detracts the serious listener. My wife and I are taking a 10 day train tour of America this coming fall. I would like to attach a camera on the train window via a suction cup. I've looked at the DJI Pocket 2 as well as action cameras such as the Insta360 ONE R - 1" lens. Your reviews were excellent. I have eliminated the DJI Pocket 2 due to the heating issues using 4K 60 as well unavailability back up batteries. I would very much be interested in your choice of cameras. My intentions are to attach the camera to the train window and let it roll.

Absolutely brilliant in depth video on the multitude of functions for this camera which I’ve just purchased & have found it complicated, this video helped but I have to say that for the majority of users that they don’t really need all these features, it could have been simpler, that’s just my opinion.😊

Great video Chris! Thank you so much for sharing this! Quick question - can I ask where did you get your phone clamp? (which fits onto your square tripod plate). I have tripods and the plates for my DSLR's but not a phone clamp which looks VERY useful for this !!
