the way he accepted that he made a mistake in excerpt 1 was quite amazing .......we need teachers who accept that they make mistakes

This prof is a really good teacher. He also throws out little jokes in his lectures he seamlessly weaves into his sentences that I'm not sure are being caught. Like in this one when he says how news articles are timed to his lectures - that they pay to have that done. Well, they're not belly laughs but I'm nerdy enough to find them funny. LOL.

I leaned most of the things before, but still am impressed by the passion and way of lecturing!

Great lecture , I am less optimistic that convincing others is an easy task or it is something that is worth doing.... popular culture exudes ignorance as cool, and our political leaders are worse (e.g. 1979-1980s congress Joe Newman's hearings, challenging the first law of thermodynamics).

Why The DNA strands are antiparallel 5¬3 and 3¬5 ?? Why they are not running in The same orientation ?? Is this due to a biochemical things ?? Please, I want a clear answer , I 've spent a lot of time to understand this issue

The importance of an antiparallel DNA double helix structure is because of its hydrogen bonding between the complementary nitrogenous base pairs. If the DNA structure were to be parallel, the hydrogen bonding would not be possible, as the base pairs would not be paired in the known way.
