Honestly, I think it's alright to find furries weird. Heck, furries ARE weird, and good for them!! But sending someone death threats because you find them weird is straight up shitty, and even illegal if you may.

As a furry who has received ALOT of death threats in their day , I just don't get why they get so mad at the point the send a STRANGER DEATH THREATS.....

Furry haters are so heartless. There was a video talking about how two furry unalived themselves because they were being bullied about being a furry, and there were so many comments saying “if I were a furry I would too” like wtf? Its so bizarre people have so much hate towards something that they only hate because they aren’t smart enough to tell the difference between a few bad people and an entire community.

Furry hunters are definitely on KZfaq Shorts, my sister's a furry and my parents let her post videos with a dino mask on and recently she's started getting more hate from anti-furries. Mind you, she is a CHILD having fun. I don't get how people can hate so violently on a group of people just because there's a weird side to the fandom like any other.

Legit the only furry I clown on is because he’s my friend. He’s legit a big softie. We were playing OC hunger games and when he shot his little bee character, he literally broke down in tears. My mom however doesn’t realize there’s a difference between furries and zoos and that’s why she doesn’t like my friend. That’s definitely from uneducated adults from my experience. Great video btw. fellow furry and therian here !! therians believe that they were once an animal in a past life/they are one spiritually/psychologically, but never physically (we can't shapeshift after all), meanwhile furries are just having fun cosplaying their own character if they have a fursuit, or making fanart if they're an artist, and so much more !! in my own experience being a part of both communities, we're all just silly goobers that want to have fun

I remember drawing a furry once I was only 10 at the time and one girl saw it and she yell "HEY EVERYONE '___' IS A FURRY! And everyone just become aggressive to me and I didn't know why? I got the furry inspiration form wolfychu and I started being every scared and stopped because of the threats and some of them saying they feel incredibly "uncomfortable " around me because I "Used" to draw furrys, "I am not a furry I just likes wolfuchu's character" and everyone in my school just treated me like I am an actual furry by "furry" I mean an animal in a zoo and I have been treated like that ever since it effected me alot honestly.

As and furry, with a few furry friends, it hurts me because anti-furries or whatever they call them now, whenever they see a furry (I’m not the best at this but ehh) sometimes they would abuse them physically. I’ve never had that but I have seen people (videos or irl) abuse furries just because they are a furry. It hurts be so much because what did they do to you?

Nobody deserves the hate, ever. That's the easy answer to all this shit. I'm not a furry, but my son is. I don't get it. But I don't NEED to get it. It's his thing, and I don't need to be part of it. I just have to know that's his thing, and... let him do his thing. That's what you do with people, let them do their thing. He's a good guy, and I'm proud of him. What else really matters?

I have a fursona, I respect furrys and the art that they make. What's annoying is how pepole see like 2 or 3 bad furrys and then associated that with everyone else. What's frustrating, I am also apart of therianthropy, both of the community's get so much hate and get told "oh they think they are animals" no. Eather way we know we're humans. I have a fox tail Keychain (it's a real taxidermy tail, gotten ethically!!) But I get barked at for just haveig it clipped onto my Jean belt loop. It's so annoying. Therianthropy is hard to explain but no. We don't think that we are not human. Are therotypes have nothing to do with us still being human beings. There are many different therianthrens so I suggest watching videos to educate yourselves

Howdy! Therian over here! A quick short definition of a Therian is someone who identifies as an animal (s) at a non physical level due to animalistic behaviors! It’s a common misconception that all therians have past lives. Not all therians have them, but some do, and I find that very cool! I hope this helped! :D

Ppl always threaten to burn fursuits. You know what’s absolutely hilarious? Fursuits are fire resistant. No I’m not joking, and that isn’t a metaphor. Fursuits are quite literally fire resistant. Most synthetic fabrics, faux fur included, will melt and turn into charcoal instead of burning. Polyurethane and modacrylic are both highly fire resistant. Nylon is semi-fire resistant. Acrylic is the big exception. Acrylic is flammable.

Dude as a kid I was a furry, and all I remember was good times and joy from that and it also helped me improve my art. While I’m not personally a furry anymore, I think they’re so cool and talented, it sucks people aren’t just allowed to have fun with a hobby because of a few furries / people / groups associated with furries being bad

nearly every time when they say "the weird/sus side" they just mean regular nsfw it makes me Soooo so so tired. sexuality is not a moral failure. anthros are fully sapient and can make informed decisions. the only part that goes wrong is when those people dont tag their nsfw correctly and end up hurting children and non consenting people (not at all referring to feral nsfw or "cub" or beastiality btw, and imo that isnt "sus" it's just disgusting and immoral.)

Hello! Just a therian popping in real quick. Yea, you’re basically right about therianthropy! We know we’re humans, but wish we weren’t. Some of us have past lives, (its alright if you dont, and its not all about past lives either) and others just have that feeling. It’s a mental, emotional or psychological, feeling of being trapped in the wrong body, or feeling that you’re meant to be an animal. We are also always misconcepted as Z00s, in which they are not even closely acknowledged in our “fandom” type deal. And a lot of us just wear masks, tails, gear in general, to help us feel more connected to our theriotype! (Animal you feel sort of ‘connected’ to.) and it is not the same as spirit animals.

I have wanted to climb to the top of a hill and scream. In high school I met the love of my life...and guess what, he IS a furry. My first experience with drawing was anthro. I havnt drawn or been active in the community for 14 years. The problematic ones are SUPER problematic. The majority are not, though, and it hurts to see THEM get the hate. (Im kinda sad after realizing I haven't drawn my character in 14 years... might be because my furry friend stole her design and is now making money off our time together...that is problematic...)

My brother has a massive hatred towards furries but my dad is always like “dude. Marcus(my dad’s teenhood bsf and friend) was literally a furry and I helped him design his fursuit.” And my brother just gets mad. I’m not a furry but I have fans and friends who are! I’m a cosplayer and there are major similarities so I don’t have any problems with them. Furries don’t deserve hate. But zoos deserve jail. There was some group of furry haters who “reacted” to my channel and old videos, they did it to others too Their reactions were watching 3 seconds of The video and saying things like “your worthless lmao” and “super cringe, just give up” of course I didn’t take any of it personally and I just ignored it but it was still a horrible thing to do, regardless if I care or not

A therian is someone who identify as an animal on all levels except for physical. Some therians do believe they are animals in shifts, if they shift.

I’m so happy you made this video. TW- swearing, serious topics I’m a furry on the internet that has made it clear that I am a minor and whatnot. Minor or not, these comments are actually so insane that I don’t even know how people can type these without feeling anything. Anytime I talk about a serious topic I’m told that I deserve it because I am a furry or that I should off myself instead of yapping. It’s honestly disgusting how many comments I’ve gotten saying that BEING R@PED is JUST A PART OF SCHOOL and to GROW THE FUCK UP Like omg I cannot believe the internet could stoop as low as to tell a CHILD that they deserved being R@PED. Seriously. It is just a damn hobby yet people get so offended over it. I made ONE video venting about my trauma and half of my comments were “womp womp” “grow up” “you deserve it” “this is why your mom left” And the reason they changed it to mom is because I have vented about my mom not loving me and choosing a man that abuses her over her daughter. Another problem is people pushing things away because I’m younger. They assume how old I am based on what I look like and say “you’re too young to be thinking about this, go play with your Barbie’s instead of this.” It annoys me even more because I have stated that I am in high school (I am) just for the hopes that people would stop blasting me for being “too young”.
