This man right here is business. Look at how organized his shed is at home. That says a lot..from beginning to start he is the utmost professional. I really respect the effort he goes through to secure clients, provide great service (he goes beyond just good), and offer a fair price. He knows what he is worth..and he goes out and gets it because he earns it. Respect.

Customers are not your friends. We are hired to perform a task and can all be replaced. I lost many customers over the course of one season due to an injury. My wife was really hurt because she thought they were friends. I told her friends don’t pay for our time, customers do. You convinced me to try a windshield screen. Thank you, it makes a big difference.

the secret to building or maintaining a good business...be where you said you would be when you said you'll be there...do the work you said you would do, how you said you would do it for the price you said you would do it for. That will get you more business than you can handle. have a personable disposition but remain business like helps to keep business.

I agree on the video title. However, a lot of customers prioritize price over quality. So a lot of times they’ll choose the cheaper guy.
