I admit, I'm fully signed up to the post-workout (or ride-out!) "protein intake" thing for muscle recovery and to get (more 🤣) hench 😝. I'll aim to consume at least 20g of protein within 20 or 30 minutes of finishing.
My go-to protein delivery mechanism is usually a protein shake powder mixed with water or, occasionally, soya milk. And I'm not particularly tied to one brand (I'll usually go with whatever is on discount!).
But I've made the mistake of trying out some random flavors, which have been, quite frankly, disgusting. Will I ever learn?
