How do you feel about cardio sessions during a de-load week? I've been trying to find a reputable answer to that for a while! Thanks!
I just had a quick question, do you also lower the reps when you lower volume and intensity or keep them the same as usual? This is my first deload following your protocol and it has been very helpful. I just had that one question. Thanks

Well guess i'll have to take another deload week because i just fucked up and introduced a bunch of new moves
@mkl14643 жыл бұрын
Avoiding new movements seem to be contradictory to pivot weeks, which also act as a deload for some people. What's your take on that?
@JuggernautTrainingSystems3 жыл бұрын
If that new movement is going to be in the next block of training then it is a good idea but if its just going to standalone in that week, then don't do it.

That makes sense. Thank you!

Do you think it is better to lower volume and keep same intensity, or lower intensity and keep the same volume?
@JuggernautTrainingSystems Жыл бұрын
We usually do a bit of both

so why would you avoid massage and passive therapy during the overload training?
@JuggernautTrainingSystems3 жыл бұрын
The avoiding during regular training was more aimed at the cold therapy I mentioned, to avoid disrupting adaptation signals, I should have been more clear there but tough to do in 1 min or less.

@@JuggernautTrainingSystems thank you for the info i was just curious where can i get more information about adaptation signal

What if you genuinely don’t feel like you need a deload after three weeks when running JAi?
@JuggernautTrainingSystems Жыл бұрын
Let your ratings reflect that. If you're not getting ready for an actual meet (the day you test isn't affected), you could skip through a deload week onto the next block if you want.

Bro, you mean I shouldn't max out on deload week?

Can I do cardio?
@JuggernautTrainingSystems Жыл бұрын
Some low level cardio can help improve bloodflow and boost recovery, assuming you’re already doing cardio and not introducing in new in a deload.
