One of the most underrated youtubers ever, you deserve more subs!

I mean he hardly uploads, often several months in-between. I agree the quality is there but the quantity is not unfortunately for us.

Idk but the regular guns does work, whenever I use it on someone they don't feel any fatigue anymore.
@silverspaz33664 жыл бұрын
Well i wouldn't recommend using it on yourself tho, plus its kinda expensive too XD

Agreed - any external pressure can be effective but really depends how you apply it! Check out my recent video on foam rolling for a breakdown

The answer is yes, but it shouldn't replace daily mobility/stretching work

Deffo agree with this one bro! I'm a physio starting a channel on fitness, mobility and rehab - have a look if you've got a spare minute, any feedback would be gratefully appreciated!

In my experience foam rolling is also very effective. That also hurts but ultimately feels really good after your muscles release.

I should be no more than a 5/10 pain that you can breath into to east. Its all about how you apply the pressure - check out my recent foam rolling video for a breakdown!

Good Review, how Is your spanish going?? PD: empecé a ver tus vídeos en esta cuarentena, los he visto casi todos y me motivaron a entrenar.. excelentes videos , en espera de más ya sean de humor o informativos, calisthenics or not, just love the way you create content

I never saw it from the central neural system point of view, it makes sense. Even though I believe there’s more than that when using lots of pressure like with the Theragun. Could be better distribution of nutrients in the muscle or who know what. They work like an old fashion hand massage would work, it’s just the “cheaper” version.

My physical therapist has been using a very expensive gun called the Hyper Volt on me along with ART. The hyper Volt is very pricey but it is built very tough and lasts for years and years and it really works! It feels great after getting a session of ART because ART works but it HURTS!

I guess they do work, thanks for drawing my attention to them! However, money doesn't grow on trees and I value what I earned 🤑 and since this is just the same fascial gun tons of which have already been produced in China, only branded, I personally wouldn't pay $220 for one when I can go to Aliexpress and order the same for $60 (that's around 3.5 _times_ price decrease).

thanks bro, got this pain in my upper back but such guns are kinda expensive. But that one u got with discount costs 180 bucks so its worth it,

Ummmm noooo sorry. That increased circulation and the mechanical breakdown of torn tissue disposal of platelets etc and yes there are recent research papers on the value of massage. So as you found, it provides relief. And promotes recovery. As you found.

My advice, never ever get accustomed to such pleasures in life. Learn to enjoy natural state of your body no matter what. Because in the long run such pleasures only create insatiable desire for more, which is nothing but a vicious cycle...
@ladskius33594 жыл бұрын
I agree fully. In the case of the massage gun however, it's debatable if it's even pleasurable. In fact, it can be quite painful and it's utility is invaluable imo. It allows me to train hard without injury.
