If you're dealing with a toxic narc you probably won't get closure or a reason for the silent treatment or the block, having gone through this with not only my mother, my dad, siblings, friend & exes...I stop caring anymore, and choose to just move on, live my life and pray for them. If they choose to return, that's on them, but they better hope I haven't changed my number or blocked them by that time. Life is too short to keep allowing others to have this kinda power over my emotions and removing my options..Wish everyone the best in their endeavor...but my peace is priceless

Recent situation… she blocked me.. I knew she was seeing someone else.. she was being very cold with me.. so… she literally texted me.. “I need to close this chapter with you and can’t keep bothering you.. focus on your things” then she blocked be for 3 weeks.. then I unexpectedly received a call from her.. FaceTime… her crying saying she was having found emotions and that she missed me a lot… and she kept saying that… all I can say is I’ve been focusing on me.. I talk to her but she’s not my priority nor care to get back with her.. she is an emotional mess and I do not need that in my life.. good luck to all of you who have been broken up with.. focus on your purpose .. put God 1st..

Exactly. If someone blocked you. Do No not pick up when they call you back. Ignore them forever. Because if you give them a chance they will do it again forever.

if youre ever in a point in your relationship where your ex blocks you and you feel like youre the one that needs to change itll never work. a partnership is just that partners 50/50. its not all one sided. you should never feel like from youre partner youre a problem and need to change partner that love each other should recognize each others problems and help each other thru them. you should accept each other and change together for the better. if youve been blocked its gone to far and to much damage is done and its time to move on.

Thank you so much for this. I am in this exact situation right now. Long story short, my ex girlfriend had suffered some emotional trauma before she met me and was vulnerable. I had another toxic ex who would capitalize on this and ultimately broke us up. I meet her every weekend to pick up our son and can see she is still angry. I didn't cheat on her but made a few mistakes with transparency.

She is angry because she still loves you. You need to focus on self improvement and just stay quiet. No social media posts, just disappear and let her be curious about your life. Trust me she will be back. Being angry is a good sign

It will also depend on how you broke up, whether there are hard feelings/hurt feelings. I broke up with a guy because he lied to me so I said bunch of “mean” things when I had anger. So when I talked to him again after 1 month, he said I need to read what I texted him, and those made him don’t wanna go date me again lol so really depends

After the breakup she blocked me everywhere. Went into 4 weeks of nc. After this time we accidentaly ran into each other outside. I tried to stay calm and keep my cool. She on the other hand approached me with anger, meaniness and coldness. After that 3min meet up she blocked me again and un-blocks me whenever she has something ‚to say‘. I can‘t wrap my head around this girl. She‘s extremely emotional and reactive. She broke up with me because she didn‘t feel emotionally supported be me.

Blocked my ex for five years take down fb change phone numbers moved states. Best thing i ever did. Now he came to my door two days ago trying to break in my house he never lived in. Police did nothing because he didn’t get in and hurt me or take anything.

Have a question I was really needy reaching out to the point where she blocked me everywhere and she changed her phone number. It’s not just men, women can also be quite mean as well, and can be quick to be mean and once they/she are called out, then she blocks him without reason as oppose to talking things out. It’s not cool to block just for anything unless it’s a repeated pattern of demeaning comments, humiliation etc. but it seems like people can just block whomever for the slightest thing, whether you know the person one year or many years, it’s very disheartening and it’s a reflection of mental instability in regards to the blocker if it’s for a minor thing.

My mother wrecked my childhood with alcohol addiction. My ex husband wrecked our marriage with alcohol addiction. I told a guy I’m not having anything with him when i realized he was impaired every night & thought it funny. He ghosted & blocked me. He’s some other low vibrational girls problem now 😅

I’m sorry to hear that, it must be so painful. But I think it’s also for you and her protection, my ex dumped me almost just a month ago (he is my first boyfriend) and I blocked him asap, it is because he said that we can still message each other and it’s not the ideal break up for me. It’s for my protection because I don’t want to hope that he will still message me and want me back, because if I didn’t blocked him i’ll wait for his message every minute, and if he didn’t message me at all it will also break my heart for him cutting all of it permanently, it is also for him because I don’t want to reply to him if he message me, then his heart will be hurt also because of me not replying to him at all. That’s for both of you. I still love him dearly but it’s for the best of us to cut our connetion maybe forever. Regardless, if you’re meant for each other the universe will find its way for you to be together again no matter what. It’s not okay, it’s suck @huggclow2254 but it WILL be okay soon.

I’ve been in two serious relationships, first one was 2 and half years. I didn’t chase.. I didn’t really care even though she broke up with me. I was working on myself during that time. And somethings she said really disgusted me.. however my most recent ex I was with her for three and half years I miss her.. we had a lot of issues… but I have unconditional love for her and believe we are meant to be together. I have always been faithful and did my best to be there for her.

I am alice from camerooun i have a situations where me and boy friend in America with whom we used to text ,call and even make love on phone . After travel to school in a near by town, comunication got limited until now ,becouse when i travel to school i took some time to text and call him . Becouse of chellenges i got in school. And he did not even border to call or text me to find out about school and life there .

Alex we had an argument last Friday and we try solving the problem, on sunday she call for help and I help her. On this monday she call me first and we spoke well, she said she lost fellings for me and don't love me, and she told me that the day we had the argument she accepted someone's proposal but her friend tell me that is all lies, she was saying that for me to stop disturbing her. After me breaking a month long NC smh in the worst way ever we had a much needed hour long talked. We put everything on the table and she realized she was also at fault.
