My Ex actually told me i have changed. and that she respects me as a boss. im keeping my spirits up, letting her make her mistake on her own so she can learn from it. Distance+Time, that's key. Use everyday to work on yourself. Become the man no woman would want to say no to. Take care.

I hate the heartache I know he is bad for me but I can't understand why I want him back. I guess I miss something that isn't real. We are both stubborn we both just wanted to be loved the way we wanted but neither of us could budge to give what the other person needs.

I want her back. Although I fucked up. But I also feel she overacted. Broke up with me over the phone. It wasn't a clear break up neither did it feel fake. I took full responsibility, cried because I felt I let someone I truly care about down again. Feel like I want to move on but another part wants me for her to reach out. Which I don't know if she'll do. She is smart and values herself way more. Which is obviously natural and logical. Nothing i hear or read comforts me. Wish me luck. It will get better.

I left my ex who ignored me. I ignored him right back and he continues to chase me for the last six months. But he still hasn’t learned to stop ignoring and so he doesn’t get any sweet attention from me at all.

This is been very very helpful. My ex just broke up with me a few days ago and we decided to be friends because my two boys who are eight and 12 are involved and they love him as a father figure he offered to watch them a few days a week until the end of the summer and then a few times in the winter he’s very stressed out about his job, and he needs to work on himself. We were having issues in our relationship, but he failed to communicate these issues and went outside of our relationship and spoke these issues with other people, including his family, I believe that they influenced him so I’m gonna slowly try to get him back and see where it goes. I think there’s a pretty good chance that we can get back together it’s just gonna take some time I do think that we both need to work individually on our lives, so we can come back together stronger. As we are in both different situations, we have been together for five years until he broke up with me.

My ex has made comments that he isn’t happy in his new life. But he is extremely stubborn. In his head in order for me to change I have to be in a new relationship. It’s been a year and he finally said I hope you found happiness in your new life because he thinks I have a new bf. But still wants to be friends. And told my son that who knows what the future will hold but we have to be friends first to build back up. I no longer care if we get back but still love him….

I want to tell my story a lil. I was in a relationship since nov 2021. We both are preparing for competitive exams ( we both are graduated. I am 24,he is 27) and we both are not earning yet. I know he is under pressure and we both are preparing for the toughest exam. And because of this reason, he used to hurt me a lot every now and then. He used to directly say that I can't do more than this,you are not my priority,my studies are my priority. He used to restrict everything a lot, because of studies. We didn't used to talk over call much. After every fight,he used to make things very awkward in between us. I really used to feel bad and hence fights used to happen. Many many things happened and this December, because of something and I actually had all these in my mind, I really said a lot to him,bad words (not abusive) but bad words. And he had this habit of saying, that for now, let's be like this ( like normal talking) which used to hurt me and he did this again. Eventually I decided I should stop talking, and it is going to be one month of our breakup. I am not able to forget him. I really have done a lot for him and still he dedicated to end this relationship without even trying to make things work out or improve. I have not been able to study for past one month, and he ofcourse must be studying well. Please help me how to feel better ,and what to do. it will be very kind of you. I really request you to consider my situation and help me a way out.

I'm not sure if your exams are over but just try to study and get through the exams first. You'd be surprised how many people break up during exams because the time just isn't there. Take your time, call him up after exams, you might run into him or at explain to him that exams are stressful and you just needed someone who was willing to decompress you and that you were feeling extremely neglected and apologize for your behavior or your uncontrolled emotions and the way you were, don't make judgments or blame just be honest and clear and be ready for possible reject because it might happen but know that you've done everything you could. And be ready to move forward in peace.

We work together and it’s really hard to a point where when I see him passing by on the hall way my heart beats a lot….. he has not reached out it’s been a month now but he always checks my WhatsApp statuses and recently been coming to my office to see if I’m there or not😅 example: I was doing field work and in the afternoon when I came back to the office he came in with that curiosity and asked where you been 😂 honestly I really liked the fact that he got concerned about my disappearance but at the same time I really wish he can be more active into really reaching out to meddle things 😢 My question is should I still continue with the no contact??? It’s killing me alex 😢

He said he'll be there only like a friend.He helps me if I need something but he never reaches out first. It was a long term relationship including ldr. I have fears to loose him forever,this is also the reason why the relationship became toxic and breakup occurred. This fear is a big barrier for breakup recovery "mindset". It feels very overwhelming to think he's gone forever. Please help me. I would suggest u a video on this. I'll be thankful

My ex left me 2 weeks ago. I want her back and have been trying. I found out yesterday that she slept with another guy while still together. She said that she doesn’t have any feelings or emotions towards me anymore. She doesn’t cry over us or anything. She is cold, takes forever to respond to messages and I am always trying to initiate chats. She also says that her child and my children don’t get along so she is going to take them away from that situation (or kids are 6 & 7, so it’s understandable for them to argue or compete with each other) she also says that I take my children’s side over hers with disagreement (again I try be fair on all of them, I honestly didn’t feel I was unfair in any way) Do I give up and move on or should I still try. I need help to fight this fight. I love her dearly

My ex and I work together, we work in the same department. We were together on and off for 2 years. About a year of it we lived together and I had broke up a couple of times with him from jealousy during that 2 years. Hes a people watcer, And with my insecurity From being cheated on previous marriages it was very hard. I found it very difficult to go places and do things. All these videos about your ex, your ex, no offense, but if the truly wanted you, they would have not broken up with you in the first place. They did NOT want you that badly just accept it. The sooner the better.
