Hello. I've suffered from bi polar 2 disorder my whole life. Extreme depression and mania. I've been into Sikhi for about a year now. Sikhi provides a psychology i can understand and works for me. I am on meds which wasn't enough. By watching the lessons provided by NanakNamm and explained by Satpal Ji, I've learned to detach from alot of what triggers me. I still have a physiological problem with my brain that causes my condition. The thing is I can better manage my episodes. It has litteraly saved my life by taking suicide OFF the table as any option out. Continue to learn the Guru's wisdom. Another channel I learn from is Basics of Sikhi. I hope this has helped you. Stay strong and never give up 🙏❤️ ☬ ❤️🙏

You can, if you find yourself a satguru. You'll notice the same light coming from your guru. Not a physical one but it's just something you can feel and cannot be described.
