I'm out here on a chilly morning, ready to tackle Hill Repeats - a staple of cycling training.
Today, I'm going to push myself a little harder than usual, going into the threshold zone for about eight minutes on each hill repeat. I aim to do four repeats on a climb just under a mile and a half long with an average gradient of 6.2%. It's not the perfect climb for hill repeats, but it's the best one I could find around here!
