I was thinking the same. After 10 years, this man still preached the same way.

The Word will always be relevant despite times and culture. It’s just that the church has gotten away from it. There are still those who stand firm!

I used to be in the same boat. I thought I was Christian but I did not like Paul’s sermons one little bit and avoided them at all costs because they were jam packed with absolute Biblical truth. But now that the grace of God truly has saved me, I love these sermons and can’t get enough of them

Not again my brothers, youre either saved or not! I recommend strongly to test yourself with strict criticism! "Examine thyself!" you're not "saved", then leave and come back; that just shows you we're never saved in the first place!

In verse 2, the word in the Greek for cut off or taken away is αίρω/airō. It can also mean to lift up. The key to the correct translation of that word, might be found in the phrase “in me.” Remember that Jesus said in JOHN 6:37, Whoever comes to him, in NO WAY will he cast them out! Maybe, just maybe, that passage might be better translated as: “He lifts up every branch in me that isn’t bearing fruit,” which is common practice in the horticultural world. And don’t forget, Jesus said that they were already clean. (verse 3)

You know a sermon works because it convicts you, it forces you to self-reflect and confront those 'things' that we like to keep hidden or ignore. I believe anointed sermons don't guilt trip you, but make you challenge yourself to be better. His sermons do just that

We all have works whether good ones or bad ones . Jesus even told them at least believe the works He did. You can't be a true Christian and not act like one by wallowing in a sin filled life. A true Christian will be changed and not wallow in sin. You will see the change and that change produces good observable works. Read John 15:2.

@@RepentfollowJesus This just isn't true. Lots of people were saved and didn't act like it. Look at the Corinthian church. A man was sleeping with his father's wife, and was saved. Not everyone who is saved acts like it all the time. And no works are not guaranteed, lots of people will be saved though as by fire, saved with no rewards to show for there life. So to say you have to have works isn't true. Works have nothing to do with salvation, nor to prove salvation. How can you proof salvation by something that doesn't saved? No where does the Bible say works are proof of salvation. That statement just proves what your trusting. Your works...

Guess what, sinners sin, we need born again, by TRUSTING Christ finished work, we need regenerated, we need a new nature, which only comes by faith. God want to be our father. And if you believe in him, and trust in him, if you believe that He sent Jesus Christ for your salvation end decide turn back to him, then you will be saved. He becomes then your Father and will then take you out off the kingdome of the devil and put you in His kingdom by the blood of the Christ Jesus. So many people get offended by his style of preaching. He brings conviction! It's a great way of instilling the fear of God! Fear of God is misconstrued too.

Just read John 15 yesterday. Notice the word “prove”. It’s a required action on our part (thru the SPIRIT most obviously). So then, what happens when we don’t show proof??

Death is not natural because it wasn't part of God's original creation. Death came through sin. Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 8:9 "You, however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if in fact the Spirit of God dwells in you. Anyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him." You can't do nothing without the Spirit of Christ. John 14: 15 “If you love me, you will keep my commandments. 16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever, 17 even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you." You need to make sure you have the Holy Spirit. That's our seal and assurance. Acts 2:38 "And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit."
