They are well worth it. I've used it for mowing my lawn and it helped a lot. Many out there to choose from.

i've never seen one, but in my shop i have 4 huge fans and i'm out of the sun and under the shade of pecan trees, but at work at the schools i try to stay indoors or in the truck, great subject lauren, i wear a headband that ya wet and it helps, i'd love to have ya drop in on one of my live streams someday, i've been subscribed to ya for so many years. I have not used a vest. I have however used a cooling thing around my neck at the Indy 500. Thank god my grandfather had seats in the Paddock, which keeps you out of the sun.

Cant live without mine

I spend a lot of time outdoors due to a hobby I don't want to quit and I always have it on this time of year. It doesn't feel overly cool to me but it must be doing something. I find it helpful to pair it with a cooling towel like people use working out. Anyway, if you can get a vest, it certainly couldn't hurt.

Hello friend sorry to hear that but I have been told with cool vests to necklaces since I was 15 when I was diagnosed but I have never looked into them just stay indoors when I do go outside I wear my sombrero, my garden had and it really does cover my neck almost my shoulders. people laugh but i don't care on fathers day, I went to Texas and didn't come prepared cause I thought my boyfriend in the military would take care of me but he kicked me out the first night and the next day i was in a different hotel we're over now but GOD DAMN it was sooooo hot!!!!! I flew back home to California and now the whole right side of my body is numb ASSWHOLE!!! Anyways I'm back home just took my second dose of Ocrevus on Monday my next infusion is in December stay fresh my girl!!!
