I don't know what it is but for years I can't cry when I feel sad or access much of my feeling inside myself, today I cried like a baby, I believe something in me has opened up a flow of river in me, I'll keep working on it till I can find my own voice and begin the journey of healing! Thank you Noah !

I've noticed I stop myself from getting a new job/ going out to places. Because I don't like being around people. Due to feeling shame of actions in my past. The very very few I do open up to about it, I feel very close to and like the I can be the "real" me and encourage them to do the same. I don't judge, I don't care. But feel like a phony when meeting new people. It's like job interviews, I hate you have to basically act and give answers they want to hea rather than giving your own honest answer. Authenticity.

Hi Noah, thank you for your genuine care for everyone. So many of your videos I find to be relatable to my journey especially those that focus on anxiety. Fear of failure is something that has caused me trouble for a long time. This video helped me have a better understanding why my brain sometimes freezes when trying a new task. Reflecting on my own experiences, I see clearly how there was nothing wrong with my intellect. My mind and body were just in survival mode and needed comfort. Your videos are so transformative and reminds me that there are so many people out there who truly love unconditionally. You have helped me heal in so many different ways. Thank you and look forward to seeing future videos!

You're so welcome Grant. I often see people perform poorly on tasks believing it's their intellect, when it's really their anxiety hindering the capabilities.

It just happened i have a day off from work today as a nurse you work 24 seven and when you get the time you’re able to put comments on setting videos it doesn’t mean you’re not recognise or people don’t care we live in a world if you don’t work you don’t pay your bills but the peace in life is go go go until one day it stop! be proud of yourself you’ve reached so many people and we’ve learnt a lot from you thank you.

I imagine alot of the things we want for ourselves or compulsively seek as life goals are actually someone else's and not inherently ours. Things such as getting married, having children, being of a certain religious belief or sexual orientation or the desire to buy things we don't actually need. These things are not all easily obtained and societal values or parental values are keeping us on a never ending hedonic treadmill and a void that can never be filled. We need to question these urges and as to whether they're ours or someone else's. I believe there's a collective societal and or familial baggage that is weighing us down and it's our job to identify and remove it before it breaks our spiritual back.

This is the type of self talk I have been looking for: honest and accepting, without magical thinking that only leads to more heartbreak. I have had parental tapes about my not amounting to anything, nor being able to accomplish anything anything for decades and I believed it and it destroyed my self confidence. Other meditations do not ring true to me because they are meant for younger people. I am in the winter of my years, and have just freed myself from toxic enmeshment by my mother and a lifelong "friend" both of whom I allowed to define me I don't believe in myself despite evidence that I Can and Do manage my own affairs and have a relative degree of success in my life -- not as much as others, but that is another trap. I may not have much time going forward as I do looking backwards, but at least I am beginning to see life for what it is and not what I was told it was.

Not being loving U say is not a failure but from the Soul teachings it is an error inside the soul not being loving. Shouldn't we work on the errors in our Soul ? What if the desire, sincere longing to be loving to self is influenced by (generational) spirits ? ( U using the terminology " voices" here. NB imaginary friends are not imaginary. as children we are born with this capability but due to fear and lack of understanding of "grown ups" it gets suppressed and neglected so the child shuts it down ) What to do if that longing is suppressed by childhood anger? isn't it logical to work on that childhood issue(s) first? otherwise aren't we just using the mind and by doing so we neglect what is still inside our Soul ? The mind is of the spirit body, soul is all about emotions. What if that voice is my hurt self? my hurt child, if so it is authentic hurt, no? unless it is the voice of a spirit .Majority of us has been raised very unloving by parents, teachers, environment .. saying my parents did the best they could, is sugar coating , is not sincere from the Soul teachings . what to do if we can't take that blaming voice towards ourself out? that voice to me is childhood anger and just visualizing it by e.g. throwing it into fire does not work for me, i understand it must be felt, but i am scared (?) to feel that anger, so what to do about this step ? Letting go is an emotional process not an intellectual one, it seems like everyone is neglecting this, and it shows by the mental facades people starts to live by, and by doing so detune themselves from the real self that is the Soul, and for someone like me , a sensitive one, it is felt without using the mind interpretations and that saddens me to see/feel. It seems like U live from the mind that U managed to have under control very well, still I am interested to hear Ur feelings about the questions i posted here. Thank U Greetings
