We had a dobie who loved to play hide and seek. She also loved swimming and would go in the pool on her own just to cool off. When we we there the fun would begin. She (Copper) is the only dog I've ever seen who would go under water. Smart, gentle, loving. She left a huge hole in our lives when she passed. Dobies are just wonderful!!!

I must have watched this video a good 80 or 9 times now, not counted, but every time I get a lovely warm feeling inside. That dobie is a gorgeous girl. Its videos like this, that make me annoyed I dont own one. Pits, Rots and Dobies are by far the best dogs of them all, and dobies are almost military in the way they can be trained.

My girly used to play this with me when I was younger c: She still does, she just got a bit older and running around like a frenzied puppy is a bit hard on her xD But our house is perfect, I'd just keep walking around the "square" in the middle of the house (a bathroom surrounded by family room, living room, front hall, garage, and kitchen) and she'd chase my around it for the longest time. She'd try to sneak up on me, listen for me, anything she thought might make me move. So cute!

I love this video. It brings back sweet memories of my Doberman many years ago. Those beautiful white teeth, full of energy and life and peeking around the corner with those eyes. She is so precious! I had a spaniel mix years ago who would play peek-a-boo around the corner. He loved that game and would play for hours if he could "talk" somebody into it!

Meari runs 4-5 miles everyday so no need for a treadmill. This is just a game she likes to play. Yesterday, we were outside ALL day and I swear she put on 10 miles. When she came in the house she would take her ball and push it down the steps and take off running to see if she could catch it :) She is just a VERY active Doberman lol

My dog does this to, run around out of the blue when she just had her 1 hour walk outside. I call it her 5 crazy happy minutes. It's so adorable!

Dobermans are very energetic! Meari runs at least 4-5 miles a day and still likes to run around the house as seen in the video :) She is 3 1/2 now and still has the same amount of energy. Do lots of research. and watch youtube videos. It will help you understand what you are getting into :)

My Mom got her fixed, but she had been bred and ignored for so long that she only got to enjoy 1year of the good life. RIP Baby. We still love and miss you everyday!

Love this! Anyone who's known a doberman knows they are so sweet. Meari reminds me of the greyhound we had years ago. Basically, she would sleep about 20 hours a day (professional couch potato), then once a day, she'd get lively and start playing like this dog, bowing down, wagging her tail, running around the house like a bat out of hell then coming back to trying to get me to play with her.

My friend has a Doberman and her niece dresses the Doberman up all the time. Truly adorable!! My 2 are as sweet as they come. Most are :)
