I actually suffer with anorexia and I use the fact that I work two jobs as an excuse a lot to just barely eat at all. So this is so healing. This is the first video I've ever watched from this creator and I'm like...I'm gonna follow this meal plan. The portions scare me, but I do need to actually take charge of my health

As someone who's trying to recover as well, I am genuinely so proud of you for trying to create and stick to a meal plan. What I eat in a day/week and just food vlogs are so good for helping with meal prep and motivationg people to eat. I am so proud of you. I know you'll recover you're very strong and brave.

what i eat in a week videos from your channel is very comforting! It doesn't make me feel bad but is actually encouraging. Veggies are getting expensive from where I live and I don't eat as much veggies as I want and need to. But you're right it is okay as long as we try :D
