Agreed. It’s not even just the outfit though, it’s the way Benedict embodies the whole costume in general. Couldn’t tell you a better choice for him.

This movie should’ve gotten an Oscar for its visual effects not black panther, this movie had by far the best visuals
@strider0295 жыл бұрын
We gotta admit Black Panther only got attention because it focuses/respects the blacks. (No offense tho). I agree with you, the CGI started great, then CGI downgrades as the movie progresses until the subway train happened and it is the worst scene in the movie.

Well they both came out in different years and to be fair, Black Panther won awards for best costume design and best production design. Many fans felt if the film were to win any Oscars, it would be those categories. There was a lot of attention to detail with the tribal costumes and set designs. This video does make me appreciate Doctor Strange a lot more though with how much work was done just for astral projection.

Black Panther's visual effects is one of the worst. Yes, Dr. Strange was out of this world beautiful. Seamless. Beautifully made. Black Panther's visual effects was like a rushed college project made by careless editors with low standards.

With the amount of behind the scenes, you'd think marvel is just as obsessed as I am with this movie... If I was an actor, I'd love to be in the movie. Even now, I'm no actor, but if marvel just called me and said "be an extra" or if they were looking for extras... Just being on set, with no lines, would be magical!

Marvel didn’t make their own visuals, they outsource the work to different vfx companies. If you remember “ghost cars” or “time travel confirmed” internet videos. Those are vfx videos start by one person looking for vfx jobs.

One thing I really love about this film is that they mixed magic (mystic arts) perfectly with martial arts. Most other super heroes have a very clear focus in terms of their powers, either physical (like Cap) or magical (like Wanda). The versatility of the abilities in Dr.Strange give the fight scenes a lot more depth. This is also why I really enjoyed Iron Man’s and awakened Thor’s fights. The martial arts in Thor Ragnarok is not as deep as in Dr.Strange though. Hopefully they manage to maintain this in future Dr.Strange films, I didn’t like his fight in Infinity War as much.
