I must admit Destiny is a guilty pleasure

I like the fact that when character options make doctor who figures they nail the scuplts on thier first try most of the time, unlike most other toy companies that spend years trying to get their figures as accurate as possible. Great set, nice we are getting the more obscure characters from the classic series lately like these movellians, Chancellor goth, richard hurdnells doctor etc, really neat, love to see dalek soliders from resurrection next or the Anthony anliy Master in his proper costume

We need Resurrection Dalek Troopers now.

Since the Blu-ray version of Destiny with the corrected cgi and Daleky-voiced Davros options, this has become one of my favourite Dalek stories. Just adore this set. Makes me want to watch it all again.

Turns out the torso is a completely solid piece of PVC, and everything pops into it. The hands are similar to Ruth’s but they are different when compared directly to eachother.

Is that a new intro? Great review, could easily do a river song variant from BF, or even have one on the ground next to the doctor and Bill from S10 The pilot

I personally wish Character Options made a male Movellian so we could get the leader and rank and files. The leader, the male deputy, and a black rank and file could've been included so it was a four-pack. I hope we get new taller body sculpts for both designs of the Telosian Cyber Controller and the late '80s Daleks.

Great review as ever Matt! Still waiting to get mine but seeing yours has made me more excited to play with mine! I think the other Movellan is the one that takes the Doctor and Tyssan as prisoners which leads to them playing catch with her power pack 😂

I haven't seen Destiny of the Daleks but the Movellans have this Barbie doll look and feel to them so this'll be a big hit with certain fans, I foresee 😊

Nice to see some new characters from the classic series in the collection. Will merchandise for Dr. Who see a resurgence with the launch of the new series or will it still be the odd online and B&M exclusive every now and again?

I believe the person of colour movellan is meant to be the no named movellan that doesnt have any lines that gets killed by the Dalek on land outside of any the bases As for the other, its been confirmed it's meant to be Agella

Great review; its mad to think Destiny is now one of the most represented classic stories in the range now. These Online Exclusives always get better so I'm very excited to see what the next one shall be. Would be nice to get some companions and New Series sets someday.

I love the Movellans as they look cool and camp and dare I say very sexy?

Wouldn’t mind this set but it’s a bit out of my price range

5:18 dirty mind

I hate to be a huge nerd rn but The lead female Movellan is called Agella. Their Commander is called Sharrel The lead male Movellan is called Lan. The Movellan figure is almost perfectly accurate however, the pearlescent white is inaccurate as it’s actually supposed to be a light grey colour. As for the bomber Daleks both of them are accurate to the episode as the bomb props were positioned differently on each prop. Also the thing about the props having legs sticking out is from the behind the scenes images. Not the actual story. Xx
