Clearly, one bank has been the standard for years. But, is there a new king of the hill?
So many question banks and resources have come out over the years, but is AMBOSS that special?

Personally use Amboss on a regular basis, and I have been for a year. It's very affordable, the questions have a nice range and the library is pretty detailed with continuous upgrade. Loved it before I was an ambassador and I still do. Best bank for your buck as a student, to be honest. Nice Video by the way.

Hi doc. I hope you will read this message. I have a huge problem on my face and it affects my confidence. I have an acne on cheeks and forehead, it becomes itchy every hour whether it's oily and dry. I have a sensitive skin. Can I ask what's your recommendation? What products should I use to get rid of this acne. I am not confident because of this and I hope you can help me, please?

Never ever heard of a “question bank”. I feel so ignorant

I've heard the term so much, but have not seen a comprehensive definition. From what I can determine, it's a collection of well-crafted questions that have the same level of content, complexity, and relevance to your study objectives that you would be likely to encounter in the actual exams. There's no way you can prepare for something like this by trying to imagine on your own what the test questions will be like. With a subject like this, there's too many variables to take into account, and you may not have enough clinical experience to imagine a realistic scenario to create a good 'practice' question yourself. So you need questions that have been accurately framed by the medical community of people who've passed the test, which is why getting the best Qbank is vital. If you can answer these correctly in your preparation process, this will probably put you in the best position to pass the exam without being surprised by how tough the real exam is (and from the sound of it, will still be pretty challenging). I'm not a doctor, but I'm an instructional design student who's researching medical education. I'm sure there are others on this channel who can answer is better than I can, because I've been encountering the term quite a bit myself.
