An idea for a show: Test the pesticide level found in each fruit and vegetable and offer suggestions to the growers on how to farm without using pesticides. Thank you Dr. Oz.

I've switched to an Anti Inflammatory all organic diet in April after diagnosis of Celiac and Fibrosis F3 and NASH S3 Liver disease. I've suffered from numerous chronic, extremely debilitating medical issues for decades. I finally have a better quality of life, most of those chronic medical issues are now GONE Fibromyalgia for almost 24 years, chronic inflammation, Achilles Tendonitis, chronic GERD, brain Fog -- ALL GONE. No longer pre diabetic, no longer needing cane to walk, mental health improving

Olive oil Whole natural foods as close to nature as possible 1. Red and yellow fruits and vegetables - 5 to 7 servings (serving = 1/2 cup) Dark green leafy veggies 2. Whole and cracked grains...NOT the pulverized grain, NOT the flour! 3 to 5 servings (serving = 1/2 cup) E.g. brown basmati rice, quinoa 3. Extra virgin olive oil, walnut or cashew oil 4. Seafood...sable fish aka butterfish (2 to 3 servings) 5. Herbs and spices...rosemary, basil, cinnamon, chillies curry powder, ginger, turmeric, sage. Recipe...Curried Cauliflower Soup Put half cup raw cashews in a blender and grind fine. Pour in one cup cold water. Blend on high for 3 minutes. Saute one onion diced in two teaspoons extra virgin olive oil. Add turmeric, curry powder, cumin, salt, cinnamon. Add cauluflower and water and simmer 10 minutes until the cauliflower is tender. Add sugar and use an immersion blender to blend until smooth. Now add the cashew milk. Garnish with cilantro.

I will tell my family and friends that Dr. Weil said this and Dr. Weil said that and you can ask him😂 I learned a lot from him about using food as medicine from the very beginning. So so happy to hear and see him. Thanks Dr. Oz because we are finally beginning to come full circle with taking charge of our own health in this broken health care system we are now in.

That's because Oprah Winfrey got all of her democrat pals to vote for fetterman. She didn't back her once good friend Dr. Oz becaue he became a Republican. It didn't matter that one man was a stuttering mess and the other was a brilliant man. We are all done with Oprah Winfrey. That's the day I stopped trusting anything she says. I am not alone.

Dr Weil's recommendations are ok, but not antiinflamatory enough. Leafy greens should be the base of the nutritional pyramid. The Adventist health study from Loma Linda University also proved its the animal protein, not just the animal fat, that causes disease. No, I'm not a vegan, and I don't have a vegan agenda. I do have some fish and shell fish in very small amounts. Oils are also bad when not in whole food; a whole olive is ok, pressed olive oil is not. Sodium naturally in whole vegetables is good; salt, wether himalayan or from the sea, causes hypertension and cv disease.

He told me to shut the F up, that I wasn't a Dr. & to stop listening to my "Quack Doctors ". Know who he thought were quacks? Dr. Oz & Dr. Weil. Guess who died at 43 of Esophageal Cancer.
