If ur taking it the first time, the effects won't peak so fast . Also for people who've been using PW since almost 5 to 6 Years, there is a tendency to reach optimal caffeine tolerance and then PW won't have any effect unless we stop for a month or so and use non stimulant caffeine alternates like coffee instead .

@@TalkingWithDocs Fatburners are something to avoid. It can do nasty things with the bloodpressure. At regular times those supplements have not so good ingredients in it. I rather stay away from those. I do take Taurine, in animal studies they all lived longer when getting that in their 'diet'. magnesium bisglycinate powder (awful taste, but I like the results), B12 methylcobalamine+adenosylcobalamine ,B complex, Idiodine 150mcg, D3 40mcg, K2 MK-7. And of just recent 0.1mg/100mcg up to 0.2mg/200mcg melatonine. It gets me into a deepers better sleep. When getting older it seems that you start to produce less of it. Less good quality sleep.

Have you ever heard of this and do you think it’s safe and a good supplement to take to aid weight loss? Thanks in advance for any information!!
