Yes you're right. In Tekken 7, SSR and SSR~sway were the go-to options for Nina and really limited his options. I look at this video and I don't know why I was stepping left 😅 He did WR+2 into b+4 a few times and a single SSR would've won me the round probably lol!

Fair enough 🤣 The nerfs he received were enough to allow some decent counter-play beyond just "guess right" and I can't say that for a lot of characters right now

@Zagryzaec That's a bit of a leap from a statement I made in agreement with you lol. I get the impression you're not actually looking for a discussion on balance and just hoping to aggravate. On the off chance that you are more open-minded, further nerfs would not make him unplayable and there are many things they could do while reducing the average character strength in the game to keep each character viable. Please also keep in mind that Dragunov still has a strong competitive presence, including Nobi winning Dreamhack less than a week ago using Dragunov.
