Ellie The Golden Retriever loves watching StarWars , but doesn’t care much for Darth Vader.
A golden retriever was left stunned after witnessing Star Wars' villain Darth Vader appear on screen for the first time in his life.. . . . While the towering, black-clad antagonist first appeared in the George Lucas' classic film series in 1977, it appears his intimidating presence still has the power to terrify even the bravest of pooches.

A few years ago, I went to a Comic-Con where a guy came in dressed in full Vader armor, accompanied by two Imperial officers and a squad of stormtroopers. Parents were trying to get their little ones to pose for pictures with Lord Vader and his retinue. They ran like he was Santa Claus…

@@hecb87 No they aren't. The dog understood was the performance the actor on screen was giving and that wasn't George Lucas. He gets an honorable mention for being the Creator but the person that gets the compliments is the person who acted out that scene that made the dog afraid.

I was 11 it was a theater that was down from The Winchester mystery house (or mansion) and traffic was stopped for miles, weird what sticks in your mind. Of course first movie was even more so for a very different reason. My mom took me to see snow white after I had a tiny part in the play (appropriately bashful ) Unfortunately they had used actual Disney posters and a lead in from another theater. Let's just say that after a couple cute commercials the the scene of the whistling singing characters, next scene parents were grabbing their kids and running out the doors, I did get an icee 😊

This is actually incredible! He understood the foreboding music and the loud, mechanical breathing. So not just Vader’s appearance, he got the sound cues as well. What a precious doggie 🥰🥰🥰🥰
