@@gooberbeans7972Breed matters. I have a 120 lbs Bouvier who has ZERO training. She would never - and I mean NEVER - bite without serious provocation. Some breeds bite first and think later. Not all.

Unfortunately, some people don't care if their dog bites people. Repeatedly. Defendant willfully ignored the court orders. I think he needs a few thousand hours of community service to keep him out of further trouble.

An illness or disability could also be possible. I have neurological problems where people think I am drunk. But in this case, since he disrespects the courts and the law, it is likely he could be doing drugs or something as well.

This kid is lucky he did not loose his life. I’ve dealt with this type of dog before. They need the right type of owner. It’s not a pet for anyone. Thank god the kid is basically ok.

Cane Corso dogs are also known as Italian Mastiffs. They were colosseum dogs. They are fierce, loyal, and not easily controlled by anyone that isn't their person. They should automatically come with a requirement for insurance. I say this as someone who loves one.

Cane Corso. The Italian version of a mastiff, only grumpier. They are monster-sized beasts who can be calm and relaxed … or wound up and wild. Good protection dogs, but they have to have very serious training, as does the owner.

He's not winning because he had a Court order to have his dog muzzled at all times. Secondly he didn't have the insurance he was supposed to carry on the dog. Most importantly, his dog attacked a kid. Doesn't take a person with a PhD to figure out whom is at fault.

Cane Corso is one of the most dangerous breeds there is. Bred for fighting and killing. Spanish breed for protection.

I love Caine Corsos, but they need knowledgeable, responsible owners. Too many ignorant people buying them for "looks". They are expensive to own and require a lot of training and attention. It makes me ill to think the Defendant probably is giving his dog neither.

Poor Boy , it’s a very long lasting trauma to be attacked by a dog This owner doesn’t look or sound like he would be capable of handling a dog like a Cane Corso , these dogs need training and responsible owner who makes sure that it’s socialised from a early age
