Best review I’ve seen on these cameras and any cameras almost. Thanks. Lastly, some clear weatherproof silicone might be a good option for you to seal that light up in some areas.

I just installed one of these. The set screws to connect the light to the base are tiny and a pain to install. Other than that, I am very happy with the light. It’s very bright and provides good coverage for a dark doorway at the side of my garage.

I know someone that has one of these, it can also move from left to right, also the top and bottom light can face the wall as an option.

When linked with the Homebase does it appear for use with automations and in the HomeBase security modes like a normal homebase camera? If the homebase is disarmed do the light cams disarm as well?

Thanks for the great review. One thing that interests me is the lag time, I’m not too concerned about notification lag but recording lag. How quickly does it start to record and how long does it record for? I have a ring doorbell and floodlight cam which never produces any useful footage due to delay.

This is a really good video as i am looking at them. I do have a couple of questions if that is ok? Can more than 1 be linked direct to the app wothoit the hub? Can it be mounted horizontally instead of vertically (is there an option in the app to rotate the camera)?

Yes you can have more then one linked to the eufy security app. It can't be rotated horizontally. Only mounting option is vertically.

Yes, it can be used as a normal lamp, and can be dimmed through the app. I actually have three S120’s sitting the in the garage not installed yet, there will be a video out soon. Stay tuned!

I see you have some cams on your fence post. Do you ever get scared that someone will yank it off? These look pretty cool. I just wouldn't look right in my house. I have two wall lights on each end of my garage and to have two would seem overkill. haha.

It’s actually a post that’s behind my camper, I wanted a camera pointed at its door, we’ve had a couple broken into in the neighborhood. I have the alarms activated on the ones low enough to grab, so far no issues.

I would love to have a few of these if they were available in white rather than black. The black just won't match the exterior of my home. I would jump to purchase these if they were available in white.

Apoligies if question was already answered. If wifi goes down. Does motion sensor light still work and or sunset setting ?? Default setting??

Yes.. all those settings are stored on the WLC.

You can connect these to either wifi or the base, did you connect it to the base? If so, it should be recording there.

You can, but the image will be affected. The camera is tilt toward the ground in vertical position and cant be adjusted.

One error. It has internal memory. When not connected to a base station it is storing video internally, not uploading to a cloud service.

It stores locally if not connected to Homebase3.

No, but it can be setup to record to the Eufy base station.

there is 4GB SD card inside the camera, not need to add an extra SD card.

My house is facing South-West, and looking at the existing aluminium sconces casing condition (burned by the sun) their is no way that cheap flimsy camera plastic casing wil last one year.

I live in the desert, have had a variety of eufy cameras on the outside of the house for years and all are doing fine. The aluminum vs plastic isn't the issue, its the cheap paint used on the aluminum.

The Eufy Solar Wall Light Cam S120 is the solar option. The S120 doesn't look like the S100.

Where is that light manufactured? If China, not happening here. Please advise. Edit: Never Mind. Made in chy-nuh. Never chy-nuh products. Specially giving them your wi-fi info. That's not smart, in any way.
