@@frenchie3035 I think it was pretty straightforward. Sukuna is just a very sarcastic individual. He’s just mocking the jujutsu system as they can’t even grade him properly. What he’s saying is that it’s almost laughable that the two of them could be mentioned in the same breath. I like this way a lot more because it feels a lot less like exposition and conveys more of his personality

The anime is so good, but the episodes feel so long. So much stuff happens in each episode that it always throws me off guard when it only reaches the middle.

Came back here after watching Sukuna vs Mahoraga and man I honestly miss Season 1's animation. I am aware of the struggles facing the animators and I wish they had more time to perfect the latest episodes. They still delivered a masterpiece but I personally prefer the artstyle of season 1

The problem is that ichigo just doesn’t really try to co op or really know his inner hollow and use its power better. I like white ichigo but it seems like he didn’t had that much of a role while sukuna is his own being and has many depth as a character.

Dunno if people understood at the end, but the thing he took out of the curses belly was his finger, so now he has 3 fingers in his possession. Also that curse they fought was a low rank curse before they ate the finger, before eating the finger they wouldve been able to be easily dealt with by the 3 there. But because they ate the finger they became a special grade. Imagine how strong Sukuna is at his full power.

One thing I love about this scene and going back to watch it is that Gojo says in a later episode that over time Yuji will start to inherit more and more of Sukuna's abilities and Jujutsu. whether it'll be natural or through the amount of finger's he eats is still unknown but I love that idea for Yuji's power scaling

The thing is tho I don’t think he’ll be an inner power for Itadori. I think this episode was to pretty clearly establish that he isn’t to be trusted. I mean think about it, the whole plot of this show is centered around destroying him 😅

Suwabe Junichi is the perfect voice actor for Sukuna. He has talent to portray different roles (like Undertaker from Kuroshitsuji, Aomine from KNB, Aizawa from BNHA, etc.) and his deep voice is fitting for Sukuna. It just feels so right and thrilling when I hear Sukuna talk. Especially when he says "Malevolent Shrine" and "(Aside from him) I truly don't care." It's so pleasant to hear. P.S.: The fact that Suwabe Junichi is one of my favourite voice actors is a big reason why he is my favourite character, aside from his personality. Gosh, I could fangirl about this for hours.

Love how he says “good job, special grade😀”, this is the biggest flex because he’s making fun of humans’ attempts to categorize strength. Once you get into special grade, that’s where the power levels really start getting fucky, Sukuna and this cursed spirit are both special grade technically, but it’s still absolutely no match for sukuna even though he’s only at like 10% power, and this amuses him, lol

To be fair, part of that is that he's being miscategorised as a special grade curse instead of the sorcerer he is (Since sorcerers get graded higher). Someone like Gojo or Yuta could probably beat him at the 2 finger level he's at.

I dont think we are gonna get it tbh. They already established that nanami x itadori is the perfect counter in there current situation plus todo and that other guy entered the fight. Also itadori doesn’t have a specific technique to center his domain around bc he either uses raw cursed energy or black flash which isnt unique to him
