Me too but the damage is done. They've got all these C players in roles that don't fit. Like why does Jim Acosta have a show? Phil Mandingly should be a reporter not a co-host of a morning show. The primetime slot is a mess. Kaitlin Collins is not the golden goose they think she is. Laura Ingram is intelligent and accomplished but that does not make a host. Alison Camerato is being wasted.

I totally agree with his comments about not platforming those who spread hate and lies-- and his understanding that journalists in a democracy should be very thoughtful about how and why they do what they do, and the effects they have by what they cover and highlight. It's a responsibility I think many don't understand like he does.

Chris wanted to fire him because he wanted to change CNN to capture some of fox viewers. Chris hire conservative Phil Mattingly to replace him. Chris Licht goal was to use CNN credibility to whatever narrative turn it into fox.

Lemon doesn't know a damn thing about the Contitution. He once said on air "where in the Constitution does it say protest has to be peaceful".

Vivek schooled him on it before he got fired and he's trying to prove he actually understands it. He's also confusing the constitution for thenBill of Rights which has an ammendment protecting the free press

Don Lemon is a man of integrity. He wasn't afraid to risk his reputation and his job to stand up for what was right. I really miss him and CNN made a mistake in firing him.
