Trouble is with the price of food a lot of people can’t afford to stock up.

Most people i know live week to week and cannot afford to stock up for weeks ahead.

And they're telling us that we're to blame for the micro plastics in our oceans? This world has gone bonkers.

I bought 3 Months of emergency rations, 4 years ago. It cost £300 but has a 25year shelf life. I was prepared, because I was caring for my late wife, whom had Alzheimers. Now, I notice the same rations, are well over £600. I have to say, that some of this ‘get ready stuff’ is just fuelling the profiteers.

A thunderstorm every month of this year so far in the U.K., is far from normal, so I concur.

Beans, rice, canned fish and other meats and salt and multivitamins you can survive till you expire from old age.

Breakfast cereals are one of the biggest culprits, when it comes to processed foods. Worth looking into the origins of corn flakes!

We've got a little primus and gas bottles too. I can't survive the apocalypse without my cups of tea!

A lot of people cannot afford these organic foodstuffs, Richard. I live on a council estate in Thanet, where people don't seem to ever have enough money for their basic needs.

I’d love to support the farm shops but they’re just way too expensive. The only time I see reasonable prices is at potato time and this year will be terrible.

I have been trying to practice as if the SHF so that when or ' IF ' it is here, I will not be so frightened about it all. also ......... no debts if possible ........ least possible electric, washing clothes by hand in cold water no need for washing powder etc.. I can tell you it is not easy but can be done, If You have a family, they would have to be in on it too. ..... it's not our fault that our so called leaders botched their job with the Monetory System. They have been '' Fixing '' it for many many decades. They have been preparing for their own future but at our expence so what do they care, if a few or a hundred million of We The People die. The parties are panicking now as they try to tell us what they think we want to hear, yet again they want to get us with their lies. Been prepping for 2 years. Everything stored in date order and we use everything as the best before dates come around and replace. A few items extra each week and it soon mounts up.

It's very cold for June, I've not experienced anything like it! I know we've had a couple of very wet summers, but never so COLD. I remember a very wet summer 10 years ago that was so bad that my partner and I were forced to travel to Spain for a month in October just to get some sun.

It's easy to say stock up etc but lots of people don't have enough money to feed and heat themselves without going into debt so how the hell are they going to buy extra things ?

It's amazing that nobody has noticed that the great tribulation has begun. They are all un-aware as to what to do. The Creator's advice is to retreat to your inner rooms and remain there until the danger has passed. Unfortunately, homes in Britain are far too small to offer any protection, and people here would be far better advised to start fleeing to higher ground. Travel light and don't even return to get your coat. This again is Biblical advice. If you don't live in a fortress, you'd best scatter to make it less likely that you'll become an easy target and be eliminated in the early stages. This is what the 15-minute cities are all about to make the task of your disposal easy. You cannot carry huge amounts of food with you. Therefore, stockpiling is futile. You'd be far better off concentrating on hunting. Carry a good water filtre that will remove all toxins from any body of water. As you travel along, leave no trace that you were there. You will be hunted by those who think that they have immunity because they are helping the dark forces to hunt you down. You had a preview with the police throwing coffee drinkers around and spraying them with toxins. The same applied to those sitting on public benches. All this was happening whilst I had the streets and the whole of Dartmoor to myself. The difference is that I did not and will not comply because I am sovereign and will bow to no man.

People dont prep on farm shop stuff. You will be bankruot. Only processed foods are fit for stocking up. They will last for years in your cupboard. Thats what you need if things were to go south.

And not one mention of foraging learn what grows wild locally. Some of the most nutritious vitamin and mineral rich plants can be found everywhere, take the dandelion flower for instance, one of the best natural sources of vitamin D

In WW2 the army went to houses and removed food from peoples houses to feed others as their was no food back then. My Nan told me so they stashed the food in the garden with some family members and friends.

People could fill up their freezer and the electric would get cut off. There's no end to it, the boundaries are moved each time. Look after you own health, as best as you can. If no one bought the junk food I bet the supermarkets would change their products. They are a business after all.

I think most people would do this , but a lot can't even survive from month to month , what we need is change , we need truthfully people that can take the helm , give you truths , and devolve power into the communities . It's not going to happen after the 4th , you will have the second Tory party in ,with out any intentions of dealing with immediate problems , I can see civil disorder down the line . Your right if you can make a little stockpile , but it's all down to cash and what you can do , in the meantime have a little enjoyment in your lives, to much bad news is all consuming , stay healthy brothers and sisters 🙌

Just been reading an article on chem-trails and Tinnitus. 700 million people across the world, suffer with this distressing problem and the article relates instances of long term Tinnitus and the connection with chemical spraying in the atmosphere. I have suffered for years with this awful condition. Article mentions in particular, aluminium oxide, being one of the constituents in the mix of chemicals released. Build-up of this chemical in the auditory system is highly probable as a cause !

Got a portable gas stove , a big stock of gas . Water purifying tablets , wind up radio that’s also solar powered and can charge phones etc . Also has a led light and torch and SOS call. Stocked up well on dried and tinned goods . Been doing it since covid and vitamins and Zeolite to help rid of heavy metals in food and water . NMN is good for energy too. NAC too before they start threatening to ban it again . The light always wins over the dark . 🙏🏻✨

I have been keeping some extra for the last four years and growing whatever I can. I have had loads of seed failures but I re-sow and try again. I buy from our local farm shop who buys in from local organic farmers. We had the heads up there would gaps in fresh produce this week due to 'the weather'. One farmer who grows flax was apologising to the manager as his entire crop failed. So I agree with you Richard, a bit of stock is very sensible. Also because the cost of food is going to get even higher. Support your farm shops as much as you are able. Community is what will take us forward not Supermarket giants, nor any other big conglomerates.

Keep track of the purchase date so you can use the older food first.

Don't forget though, food goes out of date. Keep circulating your food and replenishing any stored. Use you store as a shop and take from that first. BB dates are fine if you go over but some things dont date well. The evaporated milk I had did not hold up after its BB date! And don't be in fear - it's the state they want you in. Always, prepare for the worse BUT hope for the best!

My family have been through both wars, my grandad was the assistant to a surgeon in WW1. My great grandmother had to stay in their unexploded bombed house. In a wheel chair under the stairs. Water pouring in to douse the bomb. My mum and her mum couldnt take her to the bomb shelter. My dad was in WW2 and invalided out towards the end after his ship was sunk and he took in too much oil. My parents went on to open many shops during their life. War is a rich mans game.

A box of food that you dont touch might not be the best idea. It will go bad at some point and you will have to throw it away. The way I approach this is to keep buying products that you use and rotate your stock. For Example I always have 5 jars of peanut butter and I keep buying and using. I do this with all food so I have large stock in total but things don't go bad because I keeo using

It sounds like a giant con to me, these salesmen will sell you anything to bolster a feel good factor after the arm candy, don't be fooled again.

Unfortunately this is going to bring out the worst in people, just like 2020 when I remember an elderly lady carrying the last tin of beans on the shelf to a cash till and a younger man approached her, pushed her, grabbed the tin and was gone. Stocking up is great if you can afford it but I can see an "every man for himself" attitude occurring (I'm alright Jack). People will hoard food away and will not share. Those that are the "have nots" today will also be the "have nots" in the future if food supplies run short. Most human beings wll and are reverting to the selfish beings they really are, and would do well to take notice of Victor Frankl. And God.

Richard i think people are not realising it is allso making people ad animals ill , there has been loads ad i mean loads of cases of chest infection, throat issues , iam on my second case of chest infection ,two of my kids as well that has had throat issues that made one kid pass out , one kid unresponsive rushed in hospital meds dont seem to make better , my son now has had it for 5 months may be longer , hospital when we were there was full of same issues , wake up people this needa really looking into

Hi Richard, I'm noticing damage to the leaves on my Acer trees and bedding plants flowers i.e burnt white spots also growth of said plants are way behind where they should be. I wonder if anyone else has noticed this?

they did this in the supposed pandemic and the shelves were stripped clean ,and the bowler hat farmer has warned of food shortages to come ,however at present we do not have the food crisis that other countries face ,we lucky ,i do not accept the level of food poverty in this country is as bad as the media make out !,i have not seen children starving to death ?but see plenty of young mums with threaded eyebrows ! plumped lips ! the latest mobile phones sky tv ! vaping !,in my time i live and still live by the four fs ,flax flag fodder n frigg ,you learn to live within your means not above them ,i grow vegetables at home but this year was a problem the slugs love rain = lush veggies ,i had three sowings managing to break even but am now constructing squirrel proof covers on my last run of veg ,as the blighters are digging in the pots beds !but then again maybe this is karma working its self out ?

I’ve got tinned stuff in, but I am growing my own vegetables and it’s been very slow, this week finally my runner beans, peas and a cucumber plant germinated, so fingers crossed my broccoli, cabbages, parsnips and broad beans seeds start germinating. Need to get some bottled water, but I’m stocked up on most other things.
