Look up the Wahls protocol. Dr Terri Wahls has a book . She was wheelchair bound with MS and reversed it.

Matt You’re the man - a pioneer I discovered you just after I bought my first infrared sauna a little over a couple weeks ago. I bought a two person corner unit sauna from SalusHEAT saunas direct. It was $2500. I put it in my garage which is about 50 degrees on cold days. It has three intensity’s on it with 149 F as the max temperature. It takes an hour like you confirmed In a pervious video to get to 135-140 at max intensity. However, it shuts off 5 minutes after when I try to extend the 60 minute timer. I had an electrician come TWICE to check the readings and he confirmed nothings wrong with the 20amp outlet. The sauna only puts out 13.5 amps when at max intensity I want to insulate the top, and buy another heater or red light for it but I think I have a defective unit that shuts off. Customer service will pay my electrician bill, but offered to send me another panel for the roof. Will that work you think? Have you heard of this before ? Thank you !!! Chris

Hmm, can you drop a 15 sec video in the FB group so I can see what you mean? Sounds like you’re trying to add time at the end of the session, and it shuts down? Yes and in 50F you could add some preheat to make it quicker…

What do you think about this one? SAUNAERA sauna it says full spectrum, which is what I was looking for up until watching this video but this is the one I’ve been considering buying and have been trying to do research on.

Hey Matt I’m new to the Sauna game haha. I’m looking for a good Sauna for health benefits with low EMF. The main reason I’m looking for an at home sauna is I’m a Firefighter that actively is around fires and carcinogens a ton being from Southern California. I’m looking at the Clearlight Saunas I have both 120 and 240 hook ups. What would you recommend? Thank you for your time!

Get in my FB sauna group… there’s some posts in there on this. Look into a radiant health, the owner was a fire fighter, etc… niacin sauna detox helped the 911 twin tower firefighters… we discuss that too, I’d recommend it for you

Hey, Matt. Thank you for the information. I am now scratching my head having watched a great number of your videos and read your reviews/information on both of your web sites. What has changed that now has you putting the Clearlight Sanctuary at the top of the list vs the Premier or the former number one recommendation: the Radiant Health Saunas? You indicated previously that the Sanctuary is less desireable, at least functionally, due to the large glass surface area and longer preheat times. Really appreciate your work and perspective but want to understand. Thanks!

I believe the Radiant Health is not a full spectrum sauna. Just far infrared. So these might not be competing directly. This Clearlight is probably his full spectrum + redlight recommendation.

Grasshopper did you watch the whole video? I pretty much can’t stand the narrative of a full spectrum sauna, and don’t use them myself if given the choice. However, if you’re going to buy one, the sanctuary with the red light add on kit is one of the better options. The sauna itself is still not better than a radiant health or a premier, which I still use for my personal use. Make sense?

Achuck4321 correct. I don’t use a Clearlight sauna for myself, or a full spectrum sauna… just making the video for people that do. I use a far infrared sauna, with a separate red light panel for maximum benefit for me personally.

I did, and thank you for the clarification - much more consistent with the other materials. As an objective viewer trying to sort this all out, it seems that someone new to this concept who watches this whole video would be left with a very different message. See 1:03 and 9:58. Untangling the other great information that comes before, after and in between may not be so easy without the frame of reference provided by watching hours of your other videos or reading the web site content. Regardless, we know from your and other testing that a true "full spectrum" solution is not available out of the box - accessory units are needed which "might" be better left separate, as you have pointed out. Thanks again!

Do you think the far infrared wavelengths are still there when the heaters shut off? I’ve noticed my radiant health 1 person heats up so fast that it tends to shut off during my session, then when it comes back on I only get maybe 5 more minutes before it shuts off again

No they need to be on. Have you seen any of the demonstration clips in the Facebook group? You might be getting it too late, that particular sauna is one of the fastest heating units on the market… set to max temp, wait 10 mins, get in, crack the door to control the temp, let it run max temp the entire time so doesn’t hit the thermostat.

@@matt-justice I do remember seeing you crack the door open. I’m gonna have to start doing that. I’m newer to the fb group . I was just trying to keep the temps up to keep a good sweat going. I jumped in at 110 yesterday and it still managed to shut off towards the end.
