Blame Nike: reselling exists due to scarcity. If Nike really wanted you to have these they would make enough stock to satisfy demand: everyone would get pairs and there wouldn’t be an incentive for resellers.

Black toes are my favorite colorway, so these being almost the same but brown instead of red makes these a must cop. Easy 9/10 for me 👍🏻 (would’ve been a 10 if they made the collar area black not white)

Passed on the TS1 (Mocha Brown), thought there was too much hype with that sneaker and I wasnt feeling the reverse swoosh for me especially being the older guy I don't want to seem like I was trying to look like a millennial lol. These came along and answered my prayers. Such a dope sneaker 🔥🔥🔥

Comparisons of these to the Travis are waaaay overblown. The only similarity is the mocha color way, which seems like an afterthought on the travis and the primary reason behind this release, which is to capitalize on a new iteration on the popular black toe

The comparison to the Travis’ is waaayyy overblown. The dark mocha on the Travis seems like a secondary thought. Coincidental. These are basically taking the black toe and playing with it to create a new twist to sell more sneakers. the dark mocha (only similarity) is the whole point of these.

I like them and plan to cop them on release. I agree that the TS1s may have a better quality but as we have seen lately Nike has been rereleasing many collabs with slight changes but the people who could get the collabs benefit. It’s an 7.9 to me.

Prices are in the low $400 rn and since it seems they will release on a number of retailers and in extended sizes,i see these going for between $320-$370

That don't mean anything just cuz they release at multiple retailers and they'll be extended sizes don't mean they'll be widely available, those retailers get limited pairs for each size, and as for reselling goes i think they'll hit that 500-600 range

I like em a lot, very clean. I do see why ppl might be critical of them as they might think they rip off the Travis Scott 1s. But we have seen remixes of different color ways of the Jordan 1. I like them a lot, solid price tag-although still expensive for most ppl-definitely a shoe I am going to cop.

@@philipprathkolb6924 Yoooo Philipp so from what I’ve know there’s a few differences. Usually a Retro High has jumpman branding on the tongue and on the back of the shoe. The cuts on a Retro High are different than an OG. The OGs have Nike Air branding on the tongue, and are truer cuts and shape from the originals jordan used to wear. I could be wrong. And If I am, someone can comment and school me too 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

They are cleaner as they follow the Jordan 1 formula. But the Travis Scotts are iconic Jordan 1 with so many of his personal touches around the shoe besides the backward nike swoosh. When you have them in hand you will know what I am talking about. I like the Travis Scott better even though I will be trying to get the mochas.

IMO these are 8.5/10, knowing the TS1s change color in hand when you rub the suede, and the leather on those are like Shadow/Bloodline soft. These are just the best release of covid year, seeing the hacks and biohacks that have released. It’s been a major SB Dunks and Air Max year, that these really are probably the best AJ1 high to release this year.

7 out of 10 for buckets is praise to me. Was able to get a pair today and I couldn’t be happier. I couldn’t get the Travis Scott’s it was simply impossible. Definitely needed a brown shoe and to have it as a Jordan 1 just made me even happier. Love the work guys. Another great review keep up the fine work. Anything else would be Uncivilized 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

The cactus jack 1s were an easy way to set up the ppl for this release. I feel like if those didn’t drop, ppl wouldn’t like these AS much. I think these are beautiful though

@@darienalvarado6948 There's an in stock section where you can buy right away but most stuff you want is going to be in your feed or in the upcoming section. The shoes all have release date/time on them. Just click the "Notify Me" button to be notified. Not sure how I got early access on this. I think it's just random. Make sure you got your payment info setup. I used Apple Pay. Good luck

I think buckets it’s straight up right. I rate the travis Scott’s at a 9 and these I think are like a 7.5. And I say that cause the the backwards swoosh does it for me.

The travises resail for 2000 bucks and this pairs for 500 bucks means that if you like the travises you will enjoy a cheeper desisjon with the mocha!
