When someone judges you, it's not about you. It's about them and their own insecurities, limitations and needs.

It is the other way around. When someone doesn't like being judged it is about those insecurities, limitations and needs. People judge others by having principals, morals and expecting others to either share those same values or at minimum exhibit behavior that is deemed socially acceptable by normal standards. And the comments they make about those people are called criticisms. If someone feels they are being unfairly criticized, try to make a rational argument in their defense using logic and reason. I hope you aren't giving out shoddy advice without knowing this stuff.

I think we should not judge EVEN AFTER WE'VE BEEN in their shoes. People go through stuff differently and no two situations are identical. Even if their are, capacity of every human to deal with it is different. We should practice being more accepting, more kind and more understanding as people to make the world a better place.

There are many models of the Universe, and it's hard to say "which one is right," but some are more useful than others. Once you realize consciousness is precious and connected, and especially if you imagine that you are God, living each life in order to find out what it is like, then you realize judging others is not just pointless, but harmful. When you cast a condemning look on another, it means that at some point, when you are living their life, then you will feel the same judgement you cast in this lifetime. "Judge not lest ye be judged," then takes on a whole new vivid meaning.

Hi jay what you say is so treat never JUDGE i have been in that situstion and its hard but. My late mother and the BIBLE teaches us to forgive others. I forgive and i have done that in a relationship and Jay after a long time it was not going the way i was hoping for. In the end i just walked away and concentrate on myself and my health. To me that is the most important thing my health. I choose not to put my happyness in the hands on anyone. Who does not deserve a good loving woman that went beyound just trying to make that person to see that i was a good woman. It was a waste of time my power i now give to know one i pray to God morning and night i read my bible. And i ask God to help me make wise decisions and to help STRENGTHEN me through lifes ups and downs.i am Free to do whatever i want and need. Its ok i have to keep loving myself and my close family who are here with me.each day. And i am just forever humbled greatful to God and my both parents who have passed away and i know what they wanted me to be just happy. I am now because i have God my father and i have my love ones. Thats enough. What i have not got in my life right now i dont miss. I put all my trust in GOD. Thank you Jay you really open my eyes and your videos help me look deeper into.situations that are so true to life in the world we are now living in today. I wish to see world peace one day. Stay blessed Jay Shetty your a good man you stand in your truth i admire that a lot 🙏🙏❤

I imagine and feel that the freedom of living a judgement-free life is like the weight of the world off your shoulders. Because in doing so, as a result, you start judging and abusing yourself less and start being more forgiving (rather than either excusing or condemning) towards yourself and towards others as a result. We are who we project, based on our experiences, our thoughts and feelings processed and honoured from them, and what we learned from them to make us become a wiser and stronger version of ourselves. And remember, critical thinking is NOT the same as judgement/condemnment. The former, I find, is more based on experiences which tends to be more open, analytical, thorough and explorative to potential new ideas relevant to the given situation. On the other hand, however, I find that the latter tends to be more based on emotion and more rigidly brutal, rushed, too basic (ie. Too black and white), closed and final. And nothing is ever final, said and done. There's always a new beginning some place, somewhere. We have to look deeper to see it, and to practice doing it.
