Since Creeped Out was filmed in the UK, I thought that the puppet show was going to be a knock of Punch & Judy, a cultural icon over there that is indeed a weird puppet show. But instead it was something even wierder and creepier than you average puppets. Pretty damn clever writing if you ask me.

I wonder if Jessie should’ve found a way to get her neighbor’s parents to be the understudies? Which wouldn’t be practical for her to bike back and forth (though hilarious), but would’ve had a tastier ending.

I did feel second hand embarrassment during the shoe fiasco. Then again, what parents act like that? Lordy, maybe they do - what the hell do I know 😂

I hated Jessie so much which made it hard for me to enjoy the episode, but I will admit the story and Mr. Blackteeth made it worthy for me . The downside was that I wantes Jessie to give payback to the bully girl at the end by tricking her to meet Mr. Blackteeth (although i wanted more of the puppet.) Jessie is a bit of a brat but i am glad at least she learned to appriciate her parents (who Honestly are such sweet people and try their best) Great vid and happy new year!!

Few things, the show is a Punch and Judy style puppet show, which is this old timey British puppet show about two puppets (usually a man and woman) who beat each other up. That’s the way to do it is kind of the catchphrase from it, the little hamburger is a slider, but a damn sad looking one, and I think the drink she’s serving is lemon squash which is a drink from the uk.

Another amazing video! I really disliked the daughter from the start of the video but when the bully girl sprayed ketchup on her it was so out of left field! I would of thrown hands if it was me! 😂😂

In regards to childrens horror, they really started the show off with a banger and I honestly struggle to think of another episode that made me feel as uncomfortable as this one (other than kindlesticks or whatever it's name was we don't talk about that one)

I kinda like this episode since it's shows on how to not complain about your parents and be grateful for what you have and the people around you But main character by far just trigger me since she complain about her parents status and about shoes.

I love participating in fraudulent elections! (for legal reasons that’s a joke) You SHOULD do The Many Places. So was Mr. Blackteeth… also a guy? At one point? Is he someone’s Dad? The episode doesn’t seem to take that angle but I like the idea. Suffers from the same rather black-and-white “parents always perfect, kids petty and ungrateful” message that a lot of similar parent-vs-kid episodes or books or whatever seem to. Especially if they’re aiming for a slightly older audience, some media showing some of the nuance that exists in reality would be nice to see.

This episode reminds me of my comment on your vid of the ice cream truck from Haunting hour. In that one he technically could've left with the kid there wasn't anything keeping him there. Whereas here whoever is stuck as the understudy has a reason to find someone new. However here's something else to keep in mind what kind of kid do you look for? Cause let's say someone isn't getting along with their parents, and they do the head knock when they have a younger sibling (baby brother, for example). Do you target them? Or look for an only child.

Nice! One last video before the New Year. A very good start for this series. It sets the tone of the series. I manage to watch most of the episodes, but 2 episodes. And I like it so much, I watched a couple of the episodes I like the most several times. Like Bravery Badge, The Unfortunate Five, and The Many Place. I recommend covering those episodes in the future. Wish it had more episodes and seasons. What a nice video to end the year here. I can't wait to see what other videos you have plan to make for next year. Besides the couple of spooky shows out there you did some episodes on. Hope you have a Happy New Year!

God those blank looks on their faces are creeping me the fuck out so bad. Maybe it's cause I never had the 'God you're so embarrassing!' phase and more had the 'I hate myself' phase when I Jessie's age, but holy fuck, you're so scared of being embarrassed that you'd basically lobotomize your parents? Of course, that makes it quite the good story, given I think you're supposed to be revolted, or at least I freaking hope so, I mean horror should make you squirm and shudder in your seat, but still holy crap.

I guess I’m one of the few people that didn’t really hate Jessie all that much. Of course I didn’t agree with her literally selling the souls of her parents to a damn puppet but I sympathize a little for the need to fit in and wanting someone to think your cool even if they aren’t worth it. And there were times where I got a bit annoyed at my parent’s jokes as well.
