Moncks Corner really has come a long way and has a lot to offer people don't know about. Love the Mepkin Abbey out there. Great video by the way. You captured each every inch and included important details. 😃

Nice looking new community. Very nice Publix. The community appears to have Lots of space between homes. A staple of the South is a brick home with land and space. The new homes look very nice, but are often built too close to the next home. Not sure about one car garage homes. A one car garage takes away from the beauty of the home and curb appeal, if it is too plain. One car garages Often serves more as a storage. Overall it appears to be a nice new community.
